    The apartment is kinda old. Security is tight with the presence of a security guard 24/7. Water is also available throughout with a hot shower in the bathrooms. The rooms though are not that large making it less suitable for someone who has a roommate or a person with alot of furniture. But with the rent being comrade-friendly I'd highly recommend it for a student who lives alone.
