I can't begin to thank the staff at Big Square Wilson enough!!! I had late lunch here on 20/9/2020......as always the ribs were delish.....i was lucky to find parking! The reason for my gratitude though is i forgot my purse at the restaurant and only realized the next morning that i had misplaced it. I called the restaurant, they said they are checking and would get back to me. Within five minutes they called me back, asked me to confirm my details and confirmed having my purse. To say i was relieved is an understatement!!! All my cards were intact including 10K in cash!!! I will forever be grateful to this guys......we know this is rare in Nairobi!!! Especially at this time!!! They would have easily pocketed the cash and throw the rest away!!! I would recommend Big Square Wilson not only because of the amazing food but for the honesty of the staff as well. Kudos to you guys!!!

I was here on a Sunday evening. Slow service. I want to say understandable for a slow time, but that's complacency. Chips have changed from my first experience here some years back. Burgers are meh. Not a bad joint, but not first on my list of options a subsequent time

I always rush hear for a weekend night date with my wife, particularly for their irresistible pork ribs and unbelievably juicy burgers. Their fries are soft and free from oily fat, which is good for your health as well as taste. Besides, they have huge uncrowded space so you can converse comfortably. My most favorite date joint for 2 years now

I once had a burger here and up to date I have never forgotten the experience😋 It was really good and nicely presented. Bottomless ketch up and some tasty Chilli sauce is available. I guess that’s what I love most about Big square and the ring onions rings are something to look forward to.

This place and it's surroundings it's quite weird. I was here from 5pm to 7pm. Art Caffe closed at 4pm. All shops in the malls around also closed. Very few people (3) at Big Square. Fish is fried-frozen, long time ago. Mayonnaise in bad condition. The place it's big and quite sophisticated but completely empty. Boring and strange place.

It's just next to a busy intersection and quite close to the road so it gets quite noisy at times. The prices are reasonable and the service is good. There's free WiFi available
