Very poor service of lately. As I waited for my car to be washed the waiters never brought my order of coffee. The table was not cleaned from the previous client. Despite calling two waited several times to bring my coffee there was no response. I would see them chatting and joking amongst themselves. My conclusion is that the waiter ladies profile clients and hasten to serve some people. I watched that happen before my eyes. You need a pot belly to be attended by those ladies. The car wash service 👌 has been good from my experience. I leave the care and walk to Mbaires restaurant and wait to pick my car.

Quite nice 👌. The roast pork was so good I had to try the chicken! You probably don't want to go there if you're on a diet .... their growth has been steady over the past few years and I will gladly make a stop whenever I find myself on that route. The staff is very friendly and efficient and the hygiene standards are quite impressive. I must also mention the important aspect of the place being family friendly because, who doesn't want an easily accessible Sunday afternoon plan. Also, the order was ready in a record 5 minutes!

Great place for bone soup and nyama choma.

La paz has been an ideal place for my outings but today I met this waiter,the order took so long,whereas I could see her laughing and on her phone while my order was just hanging somewhere..very poor customer service from her,I am definitely never going back there again.. After I complained to get that I was unsatisfied with her service,she was just laughing,very rude of her..I am an unhappy client

It's okay. Slowly this place has evolved to become a good eatery in Lower Kabete area. Sometimes their service will frustrate you and their meals are not consistently good. But it's the best you'll find around there.

Good place for carwash and choma..Kid friendly place

Got into the Restaurant no waitress to be seen 10 minutes passes, then a lady supervisor asks one waitress to serve me, ordered African tea. Weuh. 30minutes wait! I was forced to leave. Sad

Good atmosphere especially for a family brunch, especially after church. Friend or romantic dates would also be well accommodated. Delicious and affordable meals. Would highly recommend pork and mbuzi choma. Service from the waiters was moderate, there's room for improvement. The choma guy had the best service. There was no much waiting time for food, that was impressive.

The hardest thing to do is to maintain the level you reach but la paz has continued to remain, refusing to compromise on quality.

Terrible handling of customer grievances. Over promises at reception phone. Terrible 😔 You lie alot about order duration. Speak The truth to the client.
