    An awesome residential area especially for students. If you don't want An area full of students i would highly discourage you from looking for a house here as the place is full of students from MKU, TTI and Amboseli Universities/Institutes

    A peaceful and very busy estate with good housing conditions,spacious rooms which are affordable,high security and a friendly neighbourhood.

    😅😅😅Runda Runda is the place to be. It has been a home for me ,a half year and so .I love it .Youths are many compared to parent aged . The surroundings are not so clean.

    A town of Students!!! . toxic place for serious people in the long run..😅 on the + , Nice place for party people 😆. Easily accessible from all sides of Thika, especially for campus students, plus security is fine.

    Estate powered by students. Bedsitters in plenty. When schools close its a ghost town. When they open if you dont come early its impossible to find a bedsitter.

    Ts a good place,ts divided into two, students(runda) part and family part(westie)..rent is favourable 90%, security is 90%, you get to mingle with all tribes which gives you more perspective abt others...70% of the residence are MKU students...
