Outstanding services at the tech-equipped CT Scan, ICU, Renal unit for dialysis and the new Reproductive Health Unit section that is a brace of the current advanced health care setting and system

A busy Hospital but has good facilities. Service is also ok...

Lack of proper communication and professional ethics, attitude from staff is worse, customer service is poor...matrons in charge of departments need to mentor and train all the young doctors and nurses. Few have a heart beat for service provisions and well being of patients.

The hospital is very corrupt, refusing to treat patients so that bills can accumulate and also hiking bills deliberately. The hospital is also very dirty with foul ordor everytime. Not recommended.

The hospital has very poor services. Drs, nurses, students all of them have the same attitude they have no time for patients. The hospital is very dirty especially in the maternity wards , they don’t open windows, it smells like something rotten. The cleaners are not left out . It’s like hell on earth.

The facility is okay serving so many patients. I wish there could be more Clinical officers to cater for the big number. The last time I went there at 10am and I was treated at 5pm.

Thika Level 5 needs a patient to set apart three days visits so as to receive the treatment they need. The kind of queues and processes that you will encounter there... Le'me leave it at that point.

The offer good service. The staff, especially the security guards are polite and helpful. The long queues are a bother tho. You could wait for hours to get served. A queue to pay, a queue to get a second receipt, a queue to get lab tested, then wait for hours for results, it's tiring.

EACC should do something in this hospital, doctors have their network of doing business through patients, poor services,if taking a patient there,be prepared to carry your patients to where Doc's are sitting, especially in emergency situations, others very rude, leaving intererns to practice how to insert lines in patients with no success, painful,if complain you left alone with your patient,what a hospital.

The hospital is not so good.i have my pros and cons. Will start with the pros. Security guys are very very helpful, for first timers the waiting bay is so efficient with seats everywhere and treatment costs are fair. For the cons; the x-ray section should do something about the waiting area. The place deals with ultrasounds for expectant women, digital x-ray for patients with broken limbs and there are also loads of old patients requiring one form of x-ray or another. Add more seats there even if it's on the sun. And also ensure that those calling out names are audible so that watu wakiitwa wasikie. Then the doctor's at casualty are very cold, they don't even look at you when telling you what should be done.Finally the toilets are not clean

I went there to get covid vaccine but that time they were out of vaccines.

Long ques and very slow services. Then confusion everywhere no proper guidance. Staff and security not so friendly (some are rude)and quick to anger and not willing to help.

There are qualified doctors. The last time I visited was for blood donation where the services are welcoming. Thanks for saving lives.

Radiology department is one of the heartless departments in this hospital.... Patients full with need of emergency attention but there is non in radiology department Poor administration

Dental learner doctors treat people like animals more over being rude to patients I think this has to be revisited

careless hospital with unethical nurses that care more about themselves than patients. very dirty hospital and lacks basics such as water for patients. Pathetic food for patient, totally imbalanced diet and food cooked as if for animals. slow staff who come to the bedside only when patient is dying. nurses check on patient once or twice a whole night. Professionals not sure of what they are doing. If you have other options avoid this facility. It for sure is a death trap.

Very poor services from the doctors. I went there two days, and two days i went home without results. Doctors in room 32 work with other staff to ensure friends are treated first. For the two days, i arrived at 7:30am and i was among the first 20 but left in the evening without results till i gave up. One functional doctor dealing with over 100 cases at the same time. Changed my nhif facility, never going back there.

Regards to The ICU Team for taking care of our patient for 5days as a "John Doe" "unknown" patient with serious head injuries..They nursed him to good health even after we found him.. They were very encouraging and with great positive attitudes that gave us hope visiting Him until we took him home..Thanking God for The great Miracle from ICU to Home.. Glory to God.
