Best in town. Hands down. Excellent service. Clean. Nice seating area with a garden. On Monday’s to Wednesday they have a discount for deep tissue massage. I enjoyed mine. I hope you do as well.

The place is great and service is good with a good variety and options for treatmeant. I have been here twice and the booking process was seamless. I tried the summer feeling but switched it up with a serenity massage. I loved the treatment, but there were no amethyst rather they used small basalt stones. So maybe the treatment descriptions should be accurate. The treatment was great and I really enjoyed Second time, I booked the pick me up for myself and come back with my partner. The prices on the brochure I was given a week prior during my first visit did not match up with what I was charged. I like the ambience, but a lot of streamlining needs to happen given that this place aims to provide top notch service and the pricing is on the higher side.

Easily accessible by car on UN Avenue Crescent before Warwick Center. Friendly staff. Common bathroom shared by clients before massages. Tea offered in their quiet garden after massages. Would definitely recommend even though there is a bit a of noise during the massage sessions from their parking area from other guests/cars.

10/10 spa experience. Best one on Nairobi. Very nice and friendly staff with amazing smiles. The ambiance is so good, very clean and excellent service. The jacuzzi! Oh the Jacuzzi! You just have to experience it. The massage is heavenly. After the massage, you have the beautiful garden to relax and enjoy with tea and fruits. A little pricey but worth every penny.

A beautiful place with some friendly staff..some are not..we went to get food and the staff chose to warm their food first telling us there was a slight issue before giving us our food. Our massages were amazing.. The lady who did my Brazilian was amazing! The customer service at the beginning was so terrible I remember the receptionist walking right past us when we looked lost outside only for us to then find her inside.. I wanted to get my eyebrows trimmed and even then the person in the salon kept putting people in front of me despite me arriving there first and even when he then served me he did it by the verandah outside because he said he couldn't ask the customer on the seat inside to leave..

Serenity Spa is the best spa in Nairobi. Quite the gem! I travel quite the distance to reach there but it's worth every kilometer, and cent.

Unfortunately we booked a 90 minute package which was cut short by 10 minutes. We booked the appointment for 7pm which started at 7:30pm and finished at 8:50pm. My masseuse Ivy was okay however I mentioned the pressure was hard but that didn’t seem to change and woke up (the next day) with my left shoulder in pain. Moments during the massage we could hear people outside the door having loud conversations which defeats the purpose of having a peaceful time. The positive was everyone was friendly. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend here or come back.

A space with great relaxing ambience with all the beautiful green scenery and you can smell the sweet aroma of the natural oils as you walk in the reception. The space is orderly with the staff members being well receptive towards my partner and I. The spa treatment experience I had was Zeus and Hera(couple’s treatment) at Ndoto room, which was super relaxing, beautiful bubble bath and some wine to go by. The masseuses were well skilled and tbh my best experience for a spa treatment. Honestly a dream come true at room Ndoto.

Fantastic place! The service is very professional and friendly. The ladies of the reception are kind and helpful, and the masseuse was very skilled. This is absolutely not one of those sketchy places you can experience in Nairobi, but its a fully professional spa. They have a garden area where you can relax and special lounge chairs to get neck and shoulder massages (which I got). They're a bit on the luxurious pricing end but it's worth it.

Booked a Back Massage. The booking team followed up with an email booking and request for more info about me, which I filles in. I arrived 5 minutes to time and received a wonderful massage by Maureen. Unlike many spas, we're you leave sore, the massage relieved my soreness and pain. I was then ushered to their gardens for a herbal tea, fruit skewers and water. Looking for a Spa, then Serenity is worth it.

Very strongly depends on masseur. Yesterday they've collected bingo: -cold hands of masseeur. She refused to warm her hands in hot water too; -cold bedsheet, they didn't switch it off before my slot; -didn't offer usual tea.

Excellent service. Price-quality ratio of the treatments is very good. The personnel is adorable and let you enjoy their nice garden with a tea and some fruit after your treatment. I went several times.
