  I popped in there to get fingerprint capture for my good conduct and i was served with utmost professionalism; no delays at all and mind you it was over lunch hour. I honestly feel they are the best in terms of customer service and delivery. The lady who takes fingerprints at till no. 16 should really get a promotion. Thanks for making government services easier for wananchi.

  Good place for all your office needs in one stop mall. Services like NHIF, NSSF, HUDUMA NUMBER, IDENTITY CARDS, KRA PIN, HELB, title deeds, BIRTH CERTIFICATE, DEATH CERTIFICATE and all you need from your government. The services here are fast and corruption free

  Fantastic Customer Service.I was there on Monday for finger prints capture and i was served with 10mins..Good work and keep it up to the gentleman and the lady in Teller 14 issuing police Good Conduct..They are too friendly and welcoming.Congrats

  I was served well. If you are looking to get your birth certificate or one for your child, you need to visit the sub-county civil registration offices where the hospital of delivery is located. e.g if born at Kijabe Hospital, visit birth and death registration office at Limuru town.

  This is a service by appointment Centre that’s taking government services nearer to its citizenry. It’s a one stop shop for most of government services like Good conducts from DCI, Driving Licenses from NTSA, KRA, NHIF, NSSF, Huduma Number collection, Posta, ID replacement, HELB, EACC, Birth Certification, etc. This is one of the most efficient Huduma Centres. The staff are friendly and willing to assist.

  The individuals are a warm and calm bunch, who are very friendly. Other than that, you might want to visit the place very early, or you might find yourself in quite a pickle... The place gets crowded with the public.

  I have been going there for 2 weeks now about posting my DL for endorsement. They say such services won't be offered until unspecified time. Funny thing, no where else to get assistance. Ntsa thika refer you there still. VERY CONGESTED!!!

  Made am appointment for 9am but waiting time was almost 2hours. Apparently, the bike riders had a registration date with the centre as well. The congestion was ridiculous 😭😭
