Since we have all almost embraced the cashless error, how do you deal with a customer whose phones battery just died, and i want to make my payment with mpesa. Your phone shop ladies were extremely rude and only offered to sell for me a charger, another teller offered that i leave my shopping go home charge my phone then come back pay for the shopping. I found that extremely rude considering its a place i shop almost on a daily basis. After being agressive that when a Mr. Kiragu 👍👍offered to put my sim card in his phone, so that i can conclude my payments. Thank you sir for maintaining your professionalism and for the rude staff.. shame on all of you...👎

Provides convenient quick shopping space along Ruiru-Kamiti Road, just next to Ruiru PCEA Church/Ruiru Market. You get to enjoy free parking as you shop.

The takeout area has tasty finger foods. The Deli inside caters for Kenyan flavour food.

Only issue delay in staff having system passwords to reset or attend tellers. Otherwise, great shopping experience.

Great store. The employees here are super helpful and dont want you to do anything on your own. There is a pharmacy, butchery, liquor shop,Bata, and a Cafe. The lines to checkout are also super short.

Not welcoming feel like it is run down and not spacy at all no wonder it is very quite hardly any ques at the check out counters they need a major upgrade to keep up with quickmart standard.hope to see a big change when I am there next time.

Bad customer service. The team was very slow especially the lady on the teller. Some products were not priced on the shelves. Less workers which makes it hard to locate some things you want.

Well arranged items therefore easy to find and hence making the whole shopping experience smooth. Ample parking space for those with vehicle. Ideal location as you can avoid getting into ruiru town all together. Not sure about this but I think their toys are cheap for those with kids or those who want to buy toy presents. I would definitely recommend and shop there again.

You will find all household items here. They also serve a variety of dishes for take away or dine in. Finger-licking hot-dogs are served as well.

They have wide variety of things they're selling. They have a cafe, bakery, grocery, electronics, cookware and all the other things you expect to buy at a supermarket. I haven't tried out their baked goods, but I would highly recommend their chicken wings. Gave them 5 stars moreso because in this time of the pandemic, they have upped their game than most supermarkets. They ensure you sanitize and they sanitise the cashier stations. If I lived in the area, it would be my go-to supermarket.
