What i don't understand us why they can't have an extra charge if I need all my chicken glazed in the honey sauce. Other than that, they were very informative on offers available

It's another KFC customized joint, with the usual recipes you'd find elsewhere. The cutting edge in this one are the kind friendly attendants that are ready to attend and guide you through the process, especially if you've not been in a KFC joint before. The eating space is though somewhat limited as just a few seats are available at a go, so best experience is when you need a take away. Parking is somewhat sufficient as you park next to Shell Petrol station. It may not be a very friendly joint for small kids as they'll be limited by the insufficient play area. The food was great, with pin point replica of KFC recipes, great services indeed.

During my recent visit, I encountered challenges with the service provided. The staff members who assisted me appeared immature and behaved in a manner that I found irritating. While holding my receipt, they openly laughed and pointed at me due to my specific order of drumsticks. My preference for solely ordering drumsticks was a deliberate choice to avoid food wastage, as I had a clear understanding of my appetite. Despite my explanation, the staff persisted in questioning my order and engaged in unwarranted laughter, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. This incident, unfortunately, isn't an isolated one, as I recall a previous occasion where I was told a certain product wasn't available, only to witness it being sold to someone else later. This raises concerns about consistency in service and potential issues of racial profiling.(coz the guy was white) I believe KFC should prioritize comprehensive training for its staff to ensure a respectful and professional environment for all customers. While the food quality remains commendable and the atmosphere is generally pleasant, improving the conduct of the staff would significantly enhance the overall customer experience.

Chicken is always great. Had the duo bucket which was delicious. I expected strips but they gave me wings.... Interesting. Hope you get strips or you don't mind wings instead. #letsguide

Inadequate sitting spaces at times leads to congestion. Slow removal of used food packaging materials from the tables after use by customers. Periodic lack of paper towels to dry hands of diners after a hand wash. Awesome chicken though

This is a great place to be, with delicious food and timely services, not forgetting about cleanliness

Lovely staff... orders were prepared fast I didn't have to wait that long...the space though.. sometimes on a busy day you might lack a place to sit

I would rate 5 star if you served burgers at kfc Thika. Please KFC. We our fans are just not in Nairobi. Please make the franchises outside Nairobi to have the same standards. Serve burgers too

Their fries are well prepared , not always but mostly , the chicken is also tasty and delivery was ASAP , within 20minutes I had my food still warm almost hot . I am genuinely impressed .

Location not as easy to access from highway. They lacked all sandwiches on KFC menu. Quite disappointing but food is pretty much standard.

Just like all other KFC's,the chicken is good but the problem is, when the chicken is more mixed with non chillied u cannot tell the difference and they dont mark the chillied one thus u end up giving your kids the pepperd one, also chips were not stardard pieces but very thin

One of its kind in Thika. The food in here are served fresh. Tasty, yummy and delicious all prepared here. I've become an addict working just by the road side and can't keep off this place. It's a good place for your family or spouse day out.

I don't advocate the sharing of tables with strangers no privacy at all. You should create more space where people dine in

KFC is just wonderful! The view, the food and the people... Amazing. The security guard, the chefs and the people treat you with good hospitality. Overall i would rate is a 9.9/10. Amazing and only in Thika!!
