The service was very poor. It took two hours to get my order. The waiter serving me was very rude. In my opinion in a day like Christmas day I feel they shld get more staff to cover the many people flocking the place. It was a thumbs down for me and I was there for the first time. The Deejay was great though

Serene place, the ambience is very good. However: 1.Food takes forever we were promised it would take upto 45 minutes only to be served 2 hours later. 2. Very slow service as the waiters keep switching. 3.Poor clarity of the tv which are so small at the "outside bar" just in case you plan to go unwind over a football match the sports bar indoors is better. 4. No water at the handwashing station we ended up using santiser because the waiter was nowhere to be seen after bringing the food.

Pork was horrible, in all hotels I have been to and ordered pork, only the "red" part is prepared, here your pork is dominated by fats making it uneatable. You would rather give small quantities of quality meal than quantity that is uneatable.

Not good people. The staff aren't in any means bothered by your presence besides a male one who did care. Its noisy too. Too loud for a day out.

Poor service... delay of food...... I've been here severally and lastly they sold me spoilt food i had to complain directly to chef though they cooked me what i had not ordered as compensation. Other sevices offerd here are swimming pool, rooms,and kids play ground all at a fee including taking photos

Very poor customer service. Very inhuman, and unreasonable mostly the swimming pool lady. Taking too long to serve food.

I prefer swimming pool, although the service is extremely poor and takes long to be served, their food is sweet n covers the bad side.. But they dont consider their clients n waiters try to show how hardworking they are by snitching on their fellows.... I hate such characters so its a no for me

Good Location, 5 Minutes Drive from Thika Town, Overlooking a river with Natural forest, swimming pool, lovely garden, nice staff. Ample secure Parking, great local foods. Pocket friendly facility.

Its a great place with lots of potential, service was a bit slow and the rest rooms near the pool could do with some work but the food was great

Only the waiters are very slow because I did an order of food on Saturday at 3:30 and it took them 2hrs and 40 min to bring it on my table

this is excellent i mean from the receptionist to the bar the pool its a great place for family and friends...the location is great ..the only downside is the access road

Fantastic budget hotel. Eng Kamau, the owner was a great host despite the frequent blackouts that weekend. We were a part of >20 but the meals were hot and well done. The only downside was that breakfast was by order the next morning so we couldn't get breakfast as we had to leave rather quickly.

Quiet and calm . Peaceful place to spend the weekend after exhausting job week. A bar, swimming pool , workout place simply all you need

This is one of the best places you can spend your quality time around Thika. With a good swimming pool, excellent gardens and awesome rooms, its a recommendable place The hotel is also located next to Chania River and the garden is right there on the river bank. Being located near the river, with the silent purr of the water passing nearby coupled by a cool breeze from the vast Delamere pineapple plantation gives in a beach-like feel You probably have to visit this place!

Expansive space in a natural environment ie trees, grass, bushes, a river. Good service.

Has a beautiful garden overlooking chania river. A good place to bring a family and friends for a hang out. It gets cold at night so remember to carry your warm clothing if you plan to stay till late in the night.

They have a serene environment to relax as you look out for the green vegetation in the background
