One thing that struck me was how well the lawns were tended in this institution. From the gate all the way, the place is clean, large open spaces and plenty of vegetation dot the lawns. They even have a park christened Cherry Park. I had gone here to collect transcripts on behalf of a friend. As is typical any government-run institution, bureaucracy was inevitable. Though I did not get the transcripts, the staff in charge was very helpful and explained the reason for the delay. The security at the gate is good. I have never been a proponent of leaving one's ID at the entrance but hey, I don't have a vote in this case. Also noted plenty of construction going on in the Scienc Park area. It sure is one of the well managed universities in Kenya.

Jomo Kenyatta is a nice place for those who are interested in learning and exploring in the field of Agriculture like me. I've learnt so much in my Bachelor's of science degree in Horticulture. I would recommend someone to join JKUAT for this course.

Good university to pursuit a degree. I'm currently doing a masters of science in project management, it's challenging but the lecturer are kind, most of the team are friendly and the environment is nice. Would recommend this university.

Definitely among the top three universities in Kenya. The learning is up to date, deep and comprehensive. The area It occupies is very wide with each building having a specific name. Holds a lot of students inside and is a perfect place for socialisation. Has all the tools for learning to fit various courses offered their. Also has a swimming pool. Some of the buildings need to be renovated though, to look more modern.

Its a very good university. It has a lot of lively and friendly people. The level of education offered here is also above standards. You can be sure that this university will cater for all your educational and social needs. It is also cheap for students and you can find accommodation there.

JKUAT is a university full of intellectuals with a lot of creativity and technological skills. The education services are top notch since they are accompanied by practicals. The only problem is when you fail a unit, following up supplementary results in JKUAT is hell!.. You might end up redoing the supplementary over and over if you're not persistent.

Had a lovely visit at the JKUAT campus. It was incredible to see all the amazing facilities they have for their students as well the various administrative buildings and the labs and farms they use both for teaching, community training and commercial purposes. It was a very short visit but definitely looking forward to coming back. Also, the food they offer is absolutely delicious!

Kabaddi sport event-end year tournament. I want to believe this sport is changing young athletes lives in a very short period of time since its introduction to Kenya than most household sports.
