A good building, though it needs some renovations.

A nice and beautiful building

I am a journalist, I met someone at this park for an interview. I would totally recommend it for budget meetings. The shade is nice and it's not far from bus and matatu stages. The fact that the park often over crawls with street children can be a major drawback. They are all over, begging for a shilling or a bite of your food. Take care of your belongings while here. It can get pretty crowded too, and the seats aren't necessarily the cleanest. But it's a good place to just chill and wait for someone or have a low key meeting.

It's a nice place with plenty of activities and the arcade plays a host to many businesses and companies from hospitals, insurance companies, and other businesses alike but the only downside of thika arcade is parking, it is strategically located within the Thika CBD but has No Parking space for visitors.

A good business joint surrounded by Banks, Fashion Shops, Supermarket, Fast Food joints, Education centers. Accommodation is fairly priced and very safe.

It hosts KPLC offices, insurance companies, computer cybers, clothes shops and many other businesses. It is one of the oldest and most known building in thika. It has a lift.

The internal water feature is nice. Other than that, the offices designations is a little confusing but not too hard to get your bearings
