Poor customer service. Waiters and waitress don't even asking customer what he/she needs for refreshments or food. Even if you follow them to the counter they serve you as if they are demotivated. Customer service made me hate the place and the way it has nice environment for relaxing. Kindly management should follow up with the employees otherwise you are loosing with such a good investment.

It's a very serene place best for meet ups, conference, team building, boat riding, horse riding, motor boats, best place for photo shoots, video shooting, ample parking, nice pork, nyama choma. Also there's a scenic view of the dam. The road leading to the resort is tarmaced and it's only 1.2km from Thika Superhighway. They accept Mpesa and Major cards. Wedding grounds, swimming and tented camps

Was there yesterday evening. Too many people being served by too few over worked waiters. Waited for nyama chomba to get ready for over one and half hours. This is a investment in a great location and beautifully built but with not so great management.

Nice weekend getaway spot with family. Very good and affordable food..take a boat ride around the lake with family..create memorable moments. Excellent!!

On normal days their services are top-notch however they need to work on their food especially when the place is full.

The customer service was very poor. The waiters don't ask you what you want, I waited almost two hours for my order which they said would take 30 to 45 min. It's easy for one to walk out even without paying because there no order in that place. There's even no one to show where to seat. They only pay attention to the people holding a small event. The food wasn't bad though but there wasn't really a variety to choose from

The ambience and food is great. The swimming pool is also very clean. There is a bouncy castle, and boat rides are available. The only issue is the service. It is so slow. This needs to be worked on. But great place to take kids and just go and relax.

Me and my teammates had a meeting here and was successful thanks to the coolbreeze from the natural dam which would give us the relaxation we needed most.Their customer service is much excellent.

Visited the place with my work mates for a short retreat, reception, venue was amazing and quiet too, their services also exceptional however had a bad experience with their Billing as we had to pay more than what was agreed upon and the waiter did not notify us the Bill had changed. I'd recommend the place, just have your order in writing before agreeing to anything.

Nice place, good setting but your services are pathetic - too and lots of "hakuna/imeisha". I wouldn't recommend it to a hungry person. Always there is room for improvements. The swimming pool is nice, beautiful design but the bars are too greasy. Please do something about it

I was skeptical at first but from, the minute we walked in, i was amazed by the beauty of the Resort. We ordered so much meat because we were worried of the usual small portions, but the minute it was served, it was not only yummy but the portions were adequate. Enjoyed all the meals with my crew, the music and took so many photos. I am totally impressed

I had a fantastic time at Flo Garden Resort. What surprised me the most was the beach-like atmosphere right here in Nairobi I really appreciate that the place offers alot of outdoor activities right from swimming to relaxing boat rides and even thrilling spins on a speed boat bike all at very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this spot, especially if you have kids because it's family-friendly, they have good customer service and let's not forget about the food😋 I couldn't get enough of their delicious chips masala and mbuzi wet fry! They also have plenty of parking space and the music they play adds to the overall enjoyable experience which is a plus. The entire vibe of the place was simply amazing.

The place is kind of average. It's a budget friendly place with a nice garden and pool to host your events. Their food was delicious 👌🏾

Their service not good at all. We did a booking two days earlier, by 2pm we arrived for the function we were promised the food is ready only the food to come at 6pm. Not good for functions!

Had a great boat ⛵ ride. Ksh 600 per head. The food was good.

The quality of food is way below expectation for a resort. The staff are however very friendly. The resort charges for having the table cloth which is terribly odd

This is the best place to be during the weekends. Apart from the delicious dishes being served the resort is situated beside a dam which provides beautiful scenery making the place one of a kind.

Out of town, next-to-dam joint with quality local roast and grille. Among a row of quite attractive pubs , newly built and spread across the shore of the dam. Not exactly natural but delightfully pleasant. Reliveable hide-out on any weekend, accessible off Thika Road, just past Ruiru. Potential for being better/best small waterfront pub in the area with boat rides on offer as well as space for small social gatherings, most common being chamas, group meetings etc. Great prices on drinks too. Could use better designed building , but its the outdoors that counts here best.

Good place to get away from Nairobi

Feels like a mini-Mombasa. Food was tasty, affordable, and freshly prepared. I enjoyed the boat ride and the speed boat rides!

Nice place... Hidden gem... Quite serene and nice customer service... Good food and though had a bit of a misfortune with the one plate for which management gave an apology and a believe able reason for it... and replaced the order.. children will love the swimming pool and boat rides..road to, is very dusty though and maybe tricky during wet weather.

Located a few kilometres from Thika superhighway. There is ample parking space. Has a nice swimming pool and is next to a lake. The music is good.variety of food, including nyama choma.needs to improve on time for preparing food.

I enjoyed the meals and the the place has excellent garden tent space with neatly done terraces overseeing the lake. Boat riding is available. Best for group parties.

A very incredible place.. I love this place course of the swimming pool and has a boat riding activity which is so amazing

Despite the nice ambiance, the service delivery was very poor. After making a reservation a week earlier, we waited for our food for hours. There was a scramble for food in the kitchen from different groups. Up your game or accept a reservations you can comfortably handle.

The environment and food was good. However, the lady at the counter was critical in billing. Before you order, ensure you have the menu and stick by the menu prices. Otherwise, you will over pay!
