A well equiped gym. They pay 300 per session not per day. The lady said you cant train twice a day of which i dont understand... monthly payment is 3000kes

Awesome facility, among the best and specifically crossfit, functional training, studio and much equipped in Kenya. Pretty much all basics plus functional training, good trainers cutting across new age fitness. I felt at home, always feels my favourite spot.
