The staff are rude and very slow. I wonder if thy are qualified. The don't even realise your are sick. The will take their sweet time having stories inside. Lab tests are done outside the hospital at a private lab which i guess belongs to one of them or their associates. The place is simply a hell. You will die on queue. It takes a whole day to be treated a flu. Eventually the pharmacy is unstocked and they send you somewhere to by drugs. Something must be done.

The toilets are very unhygienic. Some of the stuff are very rude. The service was slow. When asking direction for my case I was ignored by a lady nurse. I didn't like the service offered there's no privacy. Once you go here be ready to que and stand and wait ....

Well, there still sime corrupt medical staff, for instance I visited their eye clinic for a foreign body removal on my eye where I was told it will cost me 300ksh, the problem was not the charge but how was asked, first the foregn body was traced the I was told whether they remove or not that's if I willing to part with said amount it will not be removed. I was told to right there in the consultation room, while there's a cashier's office outside.That implies they part with the money to Thier pockets. Was very disappointed. But the customer care desk was awesome.

Ignorant stuff kept many expectant women waiting for too long while they were idling around I'm not happy with their service... speaking on behalf of many

Apparently family planning are been charged and not for a small fee per usual. You have to pay Ksh1000 and above depending on the choice of family planning you want done..

no no no patients can't be sitting on the floor of the hospital waiting for bookings county government should check on that

New. Minimal traffic of people and vehicles.

It has well Planned services ,only that at times you might wait for long hours especially children clinics.

The treatment they recommend will work. Very well. But the emotional damage dealing with their attitude... That you can't recover from. Better go to Gatundu hospital.
