I have a bitter experience. they show case all quotes and Ideologies on walls, but in reality they don't follow any of those principles. Customers are like beggars for them. Worst employees, they don't respect customers at all. Lady employees are the meanest, they don't have minimum courtesy, they act like as if they were too busy, while they are not ( Over-action). Not professional at all. My advise if you respect yourself don't go there.

Most busiest hotels in this locality. Every morning employees stop here for breakfast. They offer different verities of tiffins. The coffee is very tasty. Once you taste the coffee here you will definitely come back later and probably may get addicted to it’s taste. The owner is very creative man and keeps the place very modern and creative. The only drawback of this hotel is you got to wait long time for your parcel. Other wise the hostel is best in this locality.

The food quality is good. The only drawback which I noticed is they do not accept digital payments like GPay, Phone Pay and Cards etc. Only cash is accepted. I dnt know why it is so as the entire world is going digital and the government itself is promoting digital payments.

The taste is not much good for money they took.and the person who sits in counter don't reply well.sometimes he shows arrogance.when i ask Paratha,he said there are no items write now while using mobile phone.then i asked again,then he said what are the items they have with arrogance.better they have to improve taste and how to behave with customers.

The place was fine! The cafe contained all types of breakfast items along with a variety of hot drink and cooldrinks..... This place does not full all Covid precautions and the seating was less limited to 10 inside. The place was usually crowded in all days of the week during food hours and on Weekends the place would be fully filled. The taste of the food was best,served hot and with fresh prepration of tiffins and curries!

Had good coffee here. Place is usually busy. Would have rated more if they accepted UPI or cards for payment. They are a cash only cafe and also wish they had other good tea options.

Vinayaka cafe is located in mains areas like banugudi and nagamalli thota junction in kakinada. It is famous for tiffins. I like the taste recently they started non veg biryani point in nagamalli thota junction. Taste is superb

Maintaining Quality food...Packing material is very good. They r using Banana leaf and special paper for packing. They r not using news paper, its very nice decision. Size of the tiffins are good ie quantity is more as comparatively others. Neat and clean also.

The quality and taste declined from how it used to be when started. But still you can taste if you are passing through it. Not a must try outlet.

To be honest, it's a very overhyped place. Travelled almost 25kms just by the name. Didn't like the food. It was not as expected. Mysore Bonda was average and the Puri was served ice chilled (Not fresh) probably.
