Went in for a no chip manicure, won’t be going back. Usually a manicure is supposed to be relaxing and this was the total opposite. I had a bad acrylic job that left my nails very thin and sensitive, I told the nail tech this hoping she would be gentle, total opposite! The nail tech was very rough and filed my nails along with my cuticle and got nail polish all over the cuticle. She just slapped lotion on and a ton of cuticle oil and sent me on my way. I had to use hand sanitizer to remove some of it. The first time ever that I did not tip. It was the worst. Would love to remove the polish but don’t want to damage my nails anymore.

I have mixed feelings on leaving this review. The people here are lovely and the establishment is clean, however I just had potentially the worst paint job on my hands and feet that I have ever had. Again the lady, who was lovely, didn’t clean the wax off my toenails properly and now after an hour the paint is rubbing off and my toes look super patchy. My nails… my 9 year old could have done a better job. They are terrible. For $75, I expect much better. I will not be returning.

I wish I could give "0" STARS!!!! I should have known better.... l'd been here twice before and faced the same issue with the no chip manicure, chipping within 24 hours of the service. This time, I only went because all the neighboring salons were booked on Friday and I needed a mani/pedi for a weekend boating event. So, I came in today (Wednesday) to ask for a refund. I knew they would offer to fix the chipped nails but ALL of my daughter's no chip polish came off...every last finger...and I would need repair on 4 of mine and we didn't have time. Plus, why in the world would I want them to redo it? Clearly, there's an issue with the no chip polish... or the way they're trained to do it is incorrect. Today I asked several times for a refund, explained this is the third time this has happened, and the answer was still "No". Not only was it "No" but one of the women got an attitude with me and walked off while we were talking. She was incredibly rude! To make matters even worse, during my Friday appointment with LIN, I looked up from my phone and noticed she was filing my nail with the most disgusting nail file I've ever seen. I kindly suggested she discard it immediately. I took a picture just in case I develop a rash or fungus related infection. I debated reporting this establishment but initially I couldn't bring myself to. However, after today's unpleasant encounter, and spending over $150 with nothing to show for it I'm not holding back. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!

Go to Isaac if you want to get great acrylics. He did my nails exactly how I wanted and he’s very quick and efficient. No flaws. Love it!

Go to Issac and Long for pretty nail designs they will really take the time to perfect any nails you choose.They are super friendly and great at what they do. thanks for the nails

While traveling to see my son in the area. I brought the boys with me to have a pedicures. No wait time on a Saturday morning for 3 pedicures. Loved the message seats. The gentleman and 2 ladies were thoughtful about temperatures and even explained the process to my guys. Would recommend to anyone for great service and relaxing environment.

Two stars because they were super nice and so far my kids nails are fine. But my no chip manicure didn't even last 24 hours before chipping. I got a pedicure too, very gentle, a little too gentle for a massage. One sign said 15 minute massage then you sit down and the little book they hand you shoes only 5 minute. I got a longer pedicure then my kids yet how did my manicure and pedicure finish a good 10 mins before my kids and I started later. I'd hope paying 25 dollars more for a no chip manicure would last a few days but no.

I’m not one to complain or write reviews but I needed to share. Went for 2 classic pedicures…pressured by staff to get the more expensive pedicures and no chip polish. After saying no multiple times, they continued to ask until I gave in. We splurged for the more expensive pedicures… listed on the menu as 45-50$. The men did not wear gloves and I was uncomfortable throughout. It was the shortest and worst pedicure I have ever had. I said no hot stone but he did them anyways for a total of 30 seconds.. only one heel was pumiced for me, massage was maybe one minute long and I walked out with oil dripping down my legs. Come to check out, our total (supposed to be 95) was 120. Tip of 20$ but was charged 143$. No clue where these prices came from but it should not have been over 100$.. and the service was awful. We were in and out of the salon within 25 minutes, 15 min being dry time. Crazy horrible experience. We paid 143$ for 2 awful pedicures.
