I
should
have
known
better....
l'd
been
here
twice
before
and
faced
the
same
issue
with
the
no
chip
manicure,
chipping
within
24
hours
of
the
service.
This
time,
I
only
went
because
all
the
neighboring
salons
were
booked
on
Friday
and
I
needed
a
mani/pedi
for
a
weekend
boating
event.
So,
I
came
in
today
(Wednesday)
to
ask
for
a
refund.
I
knew
they
would
offer
to
fix
the
chipped
nails
but
ALL
of
my
daughter's
no
chip
polish
came
off...every
last
finger...and
I
would
need
repair
on
4
of
mine
and
we
didn't
have
time.
Plus,
why
in
the
world
would
I
want
them
to
redo
it?
Clearly,
there's
an
issue
with
the
no
chip
polish...
or
the
way
they're
trained
to
do
it
is
incorrect.
Today
I
asked
several
times
for
a
refund,
explained
this
is
the
third
time
this
has
happened,
and
the
answer
was
still
"No".
Not
only
was
it
"No"
but
one
of
the
women
got
an
attitude
with
me
and
walked
off
while
we
were
talking.
She
was
incredibly
rude!
To
make
matters
even
worse,
during
my
Friday
appointment
with
LIN,
I
looked
up
from
my
phone
and
noticed
she
was
filing
my
nail
with
the
most
disgusting
nail
file
I've
ever
seen.
I
kindly
suggested
she
discard
it
immediately.
I
took
a
picture
just
in
case
I
develop
a
rash
or
fungus
related
infection.
I
debated
reporting
this
establishment
but
initially
I
couldn't
bring
myself
to.
However,
after
today's
unpleasant
encounter,
and
spending
over
$150
with
nothing
to
show
for
it
I'm
not
holding
back.
PLEASE
DO
NOT
SPEND
YOUR
HARD
EARNED
MONEY
HERE!!!
