TL;DR: DO NOT GO HERE!!!! horrible dunkin Location- Why arent they shut down yet? shameful. I should have listened to the other reviews. Still, I gave them a few chances, heres what happened: 1: Very rude on drive thru. Flat out lied to me that almond milk was an option, then gave me sass when I educated her on their own menu. Learn your job better people. 2. on another visit I got a coolata, which proceeded to make me violently sick. When I went in for a refund, the "manager" gave me a hard time and didnt want to refund my money. Lucky for them I didnt go after them for food poisoning. 3. Their hours are clearly marked open til 9pm. The lazy jerks close early, and not just a few minutes. 830, closed. 845 closed. No excuse for this. Learn some work ethic, open til 9, means I can come in and get a drink at 8:59. This is by far the WORST Dunkin I have ever been to. quite frankly, they do NOT deserve your business, and should have their franchise pulled away by Dunkin completely.

Terrible Location. They are always out of donuts. The staff always has attitude. Today I had to wait for 20 minutes to get my order. People behind me just left because they were tired of waiting. Literally everytime I go there, there is an issue. I will drive the extra few miles from now on just to go to a different location.

Sometimes the coffee is good and ready when I order ahead. Most of the time it is ready but I've had some not so good drinks. Im a huge fan of the cold brew. Sometimes I think they don't add the right amount of sugar. A few times they have forgotten the cold foam. BTW if you haven't tried it I highly suggest it. It does cost a little more but it is delicious!

Google and the Dunkin app say they’re open until 7pm. Sat in the drive through just now for 10 mins and nothing. Drove around the front and 2-3 employees just sitting there. If you’re closed, change your info online or hire less lazy people.

I have visited this location numerous times and rarely have had an issue. This morning’s visit wasn’t one of those occasions. The woman was very curt. Interrupted me as I was trying to order. And snapped at me when I asked for a ham, egg and cheese on an English muffin. She informed me those were no longer available. Seemingly taking some sort of bizarre satisfaction that I couldn’t get what I wanted. She also informed me of another low-cal option no longer being available. I question Dunkin’ Donuts thought process especially as New Year resolutions are in full swing. They were also touting their new omelette bites….2 for $4.99?? Obviously, they think they’re Starbucks all of the sudden. Keep this up and I have a feeling you won’t be seeing the long queues at Dunkin’ anymore.

So I am pulling up to get donuts for school class tomorrow and they are closed? They are listed to be open until 9pm? How is it this young man had everything packed away and turned off the lights on me walking away laughing???? How do you expect to keep customers closing at 7:30pm? I go to this location every morning on my way to work. Usually love the service I get and the workers are funny especially considering it’s early in the morning. For about the past month my service has been ehhh…A new employee (girl) at the drive thru is rude and always has an attitude like she doesn’t want to be there. Put my happy, funny people back in the window! Doesn’t start my morning with a smile like I usually have when I get my iced coffee.

According to the website it says it’s supposed to be open on Fridays until 8:30 PM however I went through the drive-through at 7:45 waited 10 minutes nobody answered and then I also pulled around it was dark lights were shut off and the only worker there was cleaning up and it was already closed what a waste

Every time I purchase a cup of coffee from your drive thru the coffee is either leaking with coffee dripping all over my clothes and my car. Once the cashier spilled almost a whole cup of coffee in my car because the lid was defective.

I stop at this Dunkin’ frequently on my way to work. The morning crew is awesome! I order in the app and go through the drive thru, sometimes the drive thru is long but they manage to make it go by so fast. Great teamwork!

Been coming here for almost 2 years now and I've never had a bad experience. My order is always right and everything tastes great. Staff is always friendly and before masks I would always see a smile. Definitely my favorite and best location I've ever been too.

This is literally the worst Dunkin’ in lake county - please consider yourself forewarned. If you take the chance of Wasting your money here please check whatever your order is before you leave to make sure it’s correct

Very fast early morning drive thru service and my order was accurate.

The coffee was done right and fast the staff wasn't friendly.

I'm shocked by the price increase and poor quality we experienced today. For almost $30.00. (and I double checked the receipt) we got 2 warm (Iced) tea, 6 stale old donuts (even my dog spit a piece out and wouldn't eat it). A bagel and a small frozen coffee. Of your going to have to raise your prices. Make sure the quality is there for the customers. We will not be back.

They are short staffed there is no doubt about it, but whenever I have gone which has been almost daily the last few weeks, ive been greeted with kindness and rewarded with a delicious iced coffee in hand fit to my order! :) Hopefully they will get some more quality employees to bring their ratings up!

If it would be possible to give zero stars, I would. I feel bad for the management, this is a prime location, but the constant turnover in staff makes it difficult to gain traction. The last three visits have been HORRIBLE. On all three visits, I've tried to order the same thing.....a bagel...toasted....with nothing on it. They are 0 for 3. I've gotten a bagel, drowning in butter, a sausage/egg/cheese biscuit and a bagel overloaded with cream cheese. Maybe it's me.....maybe I need to look deeply into their eyes and say "Bagel, toasted with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on it. Slice it, put it in the toaster and wrap it up." The icing on the cake today? Two employees bickering amongst themselves about which one was supposed to be filling the coffee orders, all while three customers look at each other with that "this shouldn't be that hard" look. Brutal. I guess I'm going to start driving a bit out of my way to get my coffee and bagel.

Horrible services, there are never any smiles on the employees faces (even before they were covered w/ a mask), it seems like everything is such a bother, like customers need to beg them for their attention. Multiple occasions, same treatment.

The Lindenhurst location gets my order wrong EVERY single time. Even when the sticker on the coffee says the order is correct, it tastes absolutely awful. I used to go here multiple times a week for coffee and I stopped going for awhile since it is so terrible. I stopped in this morning to pick up my online order and I'm almost positive there is no espresso in my iced latte. So disappointing and such a waste of money.

Edit 8/31/19: I was pleasantly surprised when the service had gotten better around spring/early summer (faster drive through times and friendlier staff) so I started stopping here again on a regular basis but it has gotten so bad again lately I felt the need to update my review from last year. Out of my last 5 visits, my coffee order (cold brew with regular cream) has been correct once. It has been the right drink and size (large cold brew with cream) but for some reason they keep adding the flavored syrups with sugar which make it undrinkable for me. This morning there was one car in front of me and we sat there at least 5 minutes (was checking email on my phone) before someone acknowledged her and took her order. I made sure to taste my drink before driving off and it was correct this time, at least. There's been a noticeable increase in bickering between the staff in the background (in front of customers) lately too. Will be finding a new location to stop at specifically because of the incorrect orders and unprofessional staff. First review: This drive through is hit or miss, and most often a miss. The only reason I stop here is because it's on my way to work. On average it takes 10-15 minutes to go through the drive through to get my large coffee with cream, nothing special or complicated. This morning I sat at the ordering intercom thing for a full five minutes before someone acknowledged me and took my order. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. I understand that I stop at a higher traffic time in the morning (6:15-6:30am) but it doesn't help when the staff is always rude....no please, thank you, or have a nice day. Maybe they are just chronically understaffed but the very least they can do is have some basic manners and not act all irritated like I'm a huge inconvenience with my order. Going to stop coming to this location for a while due to rude staff and long wait times.
