Workers are not at all dedicated. First they made me take membership telling shop is open till 9pm. Then when ever we come even by 7.30 they say not possible, no staff etc. It won't be busy also.. Past 3 times same experience. I have asked for refund of membership fees

Very bad customer service staffs are very irresponsible behavior, they would show site shop timing 9pm bt their staffs told 7pm Then why they are opened at shop?? Very bad experience, please don't go anyone to service their.

Worst experience for me... I done my keratin treatment there one week before . That day I was so happy that my hair just looked like so smooth and shiny. I also posted good review about there service too.Now I'm deleting that and regret so much. My hair is exactly the same as before,frizzy and curly. My time and money everything wasted. Horrible place. They dont know how to cut hair. And keeps on justifying even when you point out its looking odd. I had to get my hair cut again afterwards. Extremely bad service and the guy who cut my hair was very arrogant and unprofessional.

Today, 06/04/2023, at 8:50 p.m., I headed to the hair salon. I asked the lad at the front desk for a haircut; he notified me that the shop would close at 9 pm; I countered that it was now 8:50 p.m.; and I checked the closing time on the site; it is 10pm. He called a man outside while mockingly glancing at me (a staff member of the salon). Two of them came into the store and warned me that they couldn't cut the hair after he had a word with that guy.They asserted that there are just two employees left, one of whom is inside giving a customer a facial while the other has completed his shift  (that guy is also in the shop). I persuaded him that I was willing to wait and requested a hair cut after the facial. They were bluntly told there was nothing they could do. I've never experienced such poor service from any of the stores. They lack common decency. I'm sorry to say it, but visiting this hair salon has had to be the worst ever. The employees are unwelcoming and unprofessional. Dreadful experience that I would never recommend.

Worst experience from their side…We have asked for an Eyebrow Threading but they have told us that all staffs are busy and they cannot do threading..They didnt askedus to wait..Is this the way to treat the customers..Only one customer is available there and two employees are working for her. Some employees are sitting idle..Worst experience ever… Not recommended to anyone
