But really happy that I got a call (within few hours!) from their officer (Praveen) who patiently heard me and agreed to take care of such things in future. I liked the way he handled the conversation. Good example of effective customer relationship. Thank you!

They are only interested in selling new machines, not interested in repair or service. You request about a complaint and they say to replace the machine with a new one. Our Flat Treadmill was faulty and requested a service. The Technician came and inspected, saying the Motor is Complaint, we dont have parts, new machine is to be bought. I requested another company technician and he told the Motor was working fine only little glitches here and there. He serviced the whole machine for Rs.8000 compared to Silverline Technician asking me to buy New Machine for Rs.1 Lakh. Cheaters…..

The first time I dealt with them I had a decent experience. Not the second time though. I made the grave mistake of paying the full amount upfront. The sales manager there, Mr.Shreejesh, may seem like a caring individual but don't be fooled by his smile and charm. He has no real care in the follow through of the sale. Most of the equipment they carry is available on Amazon and aren't difficult to assemble. So save some money and just order your equipment online.

They have also arranged items which they don't have any stock of and delivered it to my address in Bangalore if I agreed on covering the delivery fee
