everyone,
I
usually
don't
write
reviews.
However,
I
wanted
to
share
my
experience.
I
thought
it
might
save
time
and
money
for
those
who
are
in
the
process
of
selecting
interior
items.
It's
been
three
months
since
I'm
struggling
to
get
the
right
Sofa.
I
placed
an
order
for
the
four-seater
Sofa
but
received
two
different
colors
and
sizes.
Two-seater
with
a
dark
shade
and
in
soft
cushioning,
another
two-seater
is
with
light
shade
with
hard
cushioning.
As
per
the
Home
center,
at
the
time
of
delivery,
you
are
allowed
to
open
the
package
even
then
you
own
it
:)
You
need
to
wait
for
the
Carpenter
to
visit
for
assembly.
At
the
time
of
assembly,
I
found
the
issue,
and
with
the
help
of
Carpenter
I
placed
a
return
of
the
defect
one.
After
its
own
sweet
time,
two-seater
reached,
but
time
again,
the
darker
shade
sofa
came
after
which
back-to-back
calls
to
customer
care
explaining
the
problem
and
requesting
replacement
and
further
escalation.
The
worst
part
is
every
time
you
reach
the
Home
center
customer
care,
you
need
to
spend
at
least
30
mins
to
get
an
update
because
they
are
good
at
putting
you
on
hold.
I
got
fed
up
with
the
customer
care
calls
and
thinking
about
what
to
do
next.
One
pleasant
morning
I
received
a
call
from
the
shop
directly,
introducing
himself
as
he
is
the
supervisor
from
the
Home
center
and
told
me
that
he
would
take
care
of
all
the
problems.
He
explained
that
the
customer
care
wouldn't
understand
the
issue,
whereas
I'm
clear
with
the
issue
you
are
facing
and
will
get
you
the
resolution,
additional
he
mentioned
ignoring
the
emails
and
calls
from
the
customer
services.
He
promised
he
placed
an
order
for
a
two-seater
with
the
right
color
and
it
would
reach
me
in
a
month.
After
a
month,
I
realized
he
was
buying
some
time
to
cut
me
off
from
the
loop
and
there
was
no
order
placed
for
a
two-seater
sofa
for
me.
Till
today,
there
is
no
resolution
provided
for
my
issue.
