This home centre is located in Oasis mall second floor koramangala, very near to sony signal. It has a wide variety of household items, but the price is higher for most of the products compared to the other places.. u will get lot of varieties here dinner sets,kitchen items ,decorative pieces,furniture ,wall clocks etc etc

Poor Quality & False Commitment Hello everyone, I usually don't write reviews. However, I wanted to share my experience. I thought it might save time and money for those who are in the process of selecting interior items. It's been three months since I'm struggling to get the right Sofa. I placed an order for the four-seater Sofa but received two different colors and sizes. Two-seater with a dark shade and in soft cushioning, another two-seater is with light shade with hard cushioning. As per the Home center, at the time of delivery, you are allowed to open the package even then you own it :) You need to wait for the Carpenter to visit for assembly. At the time of assembly, I found the issue, and with the help of Carpenter I placed a return of the defect one. After its own sweet time, two-seater reached, but time again, the darker shade sofa came after which back-to-back calls to customer care explaining the problem and requesting replacement and further escalation. The worst part is every time you reach the Home center customer care, you need to spend at least 30 mins to get an update because they are good at putting you on hold. I got fed up with the customer care calls and thinking about what to do next. One pleasant morning I received a call from the shop directly, introducing himself as he is the supervisor from the Home center and told me that he would take care of all the problems. He explained that the customer care wouldn't understand the issue, whereas I'm clear with the issue you are facing and will get you the resolution, additional he mentioned ignoring the emails and calls from the customer services. He promised he placed an order for a two-seater with the right color and it would reach me in a month. After a month, I realized he was buying some time to cut me off from the loop and there was no order placed for a two-seater sofa for me. Till today, there is no resolution provided for my issue.

It's a good place for shopping items for home decor, sofas, furniture, carpets, kitchen items etc can all be found here. The staffs are helpful, lot of varieties of items, but I feel that everything is a bit overpriced. The quality seems to be good.

The place has every kind of furniture, but lack of customer service or understaffed. There was some sale going on but the price tags were very confusing to understand. Their arrangement of furniture is too compact and crowded. They was hardly anyone to help us with what we were looking for. Their prices are very high, compared to many other furniture store which offer at 1/3rd the cost.

Decent place to pickup home decor and other essentials for your house. A few items are reasonably priced, especially during promotion offers but otherwise a pretty expensive place. You'll almost always find another place or online store that sells similar item items for a much cheaper price but we still go here for the convenience of a one stop experience. Staff, at least most of them are pretty laid back and don't care much but there are a few exceptions if you look for them. Washrooms are an issue. You'll have to go down to the lifestyle store on the 1st floor even if you're shopping in the 2nd floor Home Centre shop (also a lifestyle brand of stores). It's a pretty long and undesirable trip. The best time to visit is on weekdays, especially morning till afternoon. Evenings and weekends are pretty crowded with longer check-out lines and it gets pretty annoying. Another option is to simply select the items in store and add them to the cart in their app, then plan an online order instead. Comes straight to your home and saves the hassle of long check-out lines + carrying any heavy stuff yourself

It provides a wide variety of items for our home. There is a great collection of home accessories of different brands. We needed a good pan other than non-stick. There was a good collection of kitchen wares of different materials (like granite, marble, non-stick, steel..etc ) and of different brands. There were staffs to assist us but a few in number. If we found any staff in one section, there would be no body in the another!!! We need to call them to ask our queries about the product.! The price is high here compared to others.

Purchased a Wall clock 35cm online which stopped working within 3 months. They have been manufacturing and selling cheap quality products which works only in warranty period and in my case there is no warranty for the 1.6K clock. Customer service is even worst as they are least bothered to respond to your queries. Overall do not recommend to purchase any products from home enter as the quality and after sales services are not good. Lastly they don’t allow to post your honest product review on their website and allow only positive reviews posted. What does it indicate? Cheating mindset. They should let good and bad reviews both to be posted like Amazon. My review was not posted as it was mentioning about product quality and the issue I faced.

I have been there like 5 days ago and i really loved the collection of clothes they have. They have a variety of clothes, makeup products and so on. There's a home centre where scented candles were simply amazing

You only have home decor and House holds available. You can get here all types of home decor item basic item of house hole but it's very expensive. If you to bus please buy on the local market. You can get here brand and standard product.

We purchased a microwave trolley on 29th of October with the assurance that it will be assembled in three business days. Today is 10th Nov., the 12fth day, but even after repeated follow up with the HC representative and customer care nobody has turned up to assemble the trolley. Only gives the impression that once the product is sold, Home Centre gives two hoots to its customer.

I got a kitchen trolley first rate was 6,999. They didn't have stock so sent to oasis mall and the same trolley was for 7,499. I told them but gave me for 7,499. I had to gift so I took. Then had to force them to send carpenter. They sent but the piece was defective. I could not gift now I have to wait for another piece. I wasted my whole day yesterday. Being a senior citizen I got very tired. Didn't think even at life style I'll have this bad experience. Very upset

I just bought a home deco PC for my home.... But when I reached home n opened it... I found it broken n there were no broken pcs found inside the packaging.... So it was overall a defective pc which I picked up off the shelf... N when u call them it goes on ivr n no executive attends to it. Thrs no forum wherein u can put up ur concerns.

One of the worst experiences I had. The sales guys are either delusional or drunk. No one is interested in responding correctly and with integrity. Wanted to buy cushions and the sales guy there said that he can arrange for more qty from other stores as they had less stocks. So, we decided to place them in the cart and move ahead only to find out an hour later that they can't do it at the billing counter. I can't even buy it online because I had a gift card to use and I can't use the gift card online. The excuse they gave was that there is a min qty to get stuff from other stores and ours didn't meet that. I only went to this store because of the gift card. IKEA is so much better in terms of keeping stocks or at least being transparent about it

Poor customer centricity and after sales…. Old furniture still not picked up cluttering the place thus ruining the joy of buying new… Pathetic response to this situation and everyone is indifferent when it comes to empathy for customer…. Nearing fortnight for any resolution…I will never recommend anyone to buy

Features quite an expansive range of furniture, decor items, and crockery. We went in the middle of a big sale and found some great pieces at discounted prices. In spite of the rush, Yashoda was very helpful and calmly helped us select a good deal.

A place to get your home decor and basic home need items. What I don't like is they put the defective/broken items under the sale section. Who would like to buy the defective items?

Had a terrible experience at the store this evening. A certain boy was threatenung another not in uniform (possibly new) with dire consequences snd insisting he step out of the store to settle scores. Others in uniform were backing the aggressor making it a very volatile situation in the store. Absolutely no regard for customers who were shopping. Foul language was being used frreely.

Good choices, lots of experienced people, slightly expensive. All forms of payment methods accepted. Ample parking and not so expensive either. The location is somewhat awkward as it's located just at the signal.

Bought queen size bed and delivery was done on dec 14th 2022. The staff came to assemble the bed. But i am sorry to say that the bed headboard has scratches all over. The ply of joint between head board and the bed is already torn. The slider installed in headboard is a old used product or was kept outside for long since it has white patches all over. Inspite of paying the asked amount if we as a customer is not being respected then it is a sorry state of affair. You are simply pushing the old products since you are aware that customers are helpless once they pay you the amount.

Excellent place to get all your home Needs. Furniture to show case stuff. One huge floor full of things you may need. Well priced. Courteous staff. Located on the second floor of the Oasis complex on Sony signal, Koramangala. Parking is not an issue

I just love the products in here... A bit higher prices , but it's worth the money... The quality of the products are very good & all the items for a complete home solution can be purchased here ... From furniture to crockery and utensils and racks and storage..., U name it and it's here.... A one stop shop for all household furniture and furnishings...

Bought their Lewis Zuri bed with hydraulic storage. This is what it looks like. Fancy hydraulic with gap for bugs to enter at the bottom. The base has thin ply pieces just placed at the floor. And no customer support from their end.

Many interesting items and engineered wood furniture available. I had a feeling that some are a little bit highly priced, bit they have choice and unique designs displayed. Seems that they maintain quality. Really big collection and good service by the helpers. Enough car parking, though charged.

I recently purchased 4 seater dinning table, after usage of 3 months painting is coming out , I spoke customer care they are saying it is not covered under manufature warrenty, I really disapponted, they should have suppplied of the good quality of the product.
