I visited tirutani today morning @ 8.15 am to this mess after searching in maps. I had idly, dosa only . I couldn't get poori, pongal at this time itself. Food was good. No doubts. Worthy. But I miss pongal and poori. While returning from tirutani For lunch, I took away two meals, that also really good. 👌👌💐💐

We went for dinner and food is okay category. Ambience is poor. Hotel and servers need to be clean. Chappathi is cooked with old oil and bitter. Onion utthappam and coconut chutney is very good taste.

Not a pleasant way to introduce.. Had breakfast with my wife and kid last week..very small hotel.. Taste was ok.. price was so cheap.. But the problem I faced was after food we felt nausea and acid reflux through out the day.. Went there after seeing good rating and reviews but came with disappointment..

Hi, i recently visited the tiruttani with family. Near by people recommended this MESS. This is super. Actually we went late around 10pm for dinner. On our request they prepared the chutney and they served with smile. The food is very delicious and very very taste its like home.... I liked this place and you also will defiantly like this once you taste it here...... 👌

Vel Mess Hotel is now moved to nearby Peacock Hospital Arakkonam road. Vel Mess provides Tiffin and dinner. Dishes like Idly, Pongal, Poori and variety of Dhosa types are available, Taste is really good. Must place to try once you visit Thiruttani.

I agree with my peer reviewers about this mess and tried out today for some breakfast options. Yes, they were providing 4 chutney varieties along with vadacurry for idli/dosa and poori was also good. Moreover, it's safe to gut health also. Thanks for those who have suggested.

If you are looking for good food at Thiruttani. I recommend this mess for sure. I often visit thiruttani and literally searching for the good food over there. It's disappoints me everytime but this time I found this mess while searching restaurants nearby. They are well cooperative staff. Service is excellent. Food is fantastic. No words about chutney they serve. They serve breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. But dinner they have limited qty and time. Make sure u reach by 7 to 8 pm so that you can try all varieties. Sunday holiday. No card Payment. Only UPI. Car parking can be parked in the same road with no issues. Cheers !.

Skip all other reviews. Very awesome food. We went for breakfast. Had idly, dosa, pongal and poori. All the food was very tasty and very cheap also. The hotel was also neat. If you want a good vegetarian food, this is a must visit place.

I recently visited this restaurant for breakfast it was almost heaven for Vegetarian’s we get four variety of chutney’s for all the breakfast.
