Lots and lots of black ants in the bed, no geyser, no soap or towel was given. We stayed in the AC room. I wonder how poor the condition in non-ac rooms!! The aged guy at the reception is careless. We woke up at 5 AM to visit the temple but since there was no geyser, my 5 years old son couldn't take bath. I informed the man at the reception, he said "take it easy" in Tamil. The room is heavily priced for the poor quality service they render. The bed is not cosy. The plastic cover on the bed isn't removed and because of that the plastic cover sound annoys when you turn sides during sleep. The hot water tap didn't work!!! Overall, we had a bad experience. Blanket and pillow were not in the room, I had to personally go to the reception to request. It was a nightmare!! Stay away!! I would not recommend.

Newly built neat and clean stay near thiruthani temple. Parking space available. Not all Non AC rooms have water heater. So please check that in before. On the whole, a decent stay when you visit temple.

Location: is excellent, 2 min walk from bus stand and 1 min walk to Devasthanam up hill bus service and cottages. Service: of Mr.Sasikumar & other staff is courteous, warm, helpful and excellent hospitality. Rooms: just spacious enough for 2 people. Provided with fresh bed sheets, extra pillows, covers. AC is ok, TV is full of Tamil channels only. Bathroom is fairly clean. Rooms are provided to anyone even without having to book kalyanamandapam. This is not a hotel. Prices are ok, but could be reduced for better experience. Parking: very large free parking space is available. Improvements needed: Thorough cleaning of all bathroom fixtures such as taps, commode, wash basin, soap holder, backside of main and bath room doors to be taken up. Nook and corners are to be maintained cleanly Guests should be asked to maintain strict silence, not to to disturb others during the stay Generator need to be automatically be on if electricity is failed AC Ventilator is not working and ac remote stopped functioning in room 31 Staff should be encouraged not to ask for any tips Towels are new and fresh. But material doesn’t absorb water. Overall: a good stay near to restaurants, bus stand and Devasthanam bus service.

It was worth staying in the hotel for a decent price. Service was excellent. Owner (Sasikumar) and Manager (Sivalingam) was so kind and friendly. Rooms and wash rooms were clean n tidy. Definitely, recommended for the family's.

Excellent place to perform ear piercing ceremony along with enough rooms for my whole family members(50 pax). Such a lovely memories stays for ever. Our heartily thanks from our family to the management for conducting such a event in their premises for minimal cost.

The Mount view residency has become my go-to place for any occasion. The food is always fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. The service staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure that all my needs are met.

The rooms were neat and tidy, but there is no service...and I decided to not book this place anymore because I saw a lot of caged parrots in this place ..

The management is good, very accommodating. The maintenance has not been ideal, but the management does their best to provide the best service. The rooms are clean and spacious with a good layout. The area is nice as well.

Washroom door cannot be locked. No hot water facility.. Even 1 star is not worth it..

Service is good and Location is very near to both bus stands. Cup boards are not there in our room, but little space is available in the room to keep luggage.

Good place for small family and good hotel staff. Rooms were clean and AC, heater were working without an issue.

Never book a room here. Booked rooms through online and even after confirmation, rooms were not given. Replied as rooms already full. Then why online booking option??!! Strangely, the hotel staff is asking, do not book through online and book directly with hotel.
