Dear friends, beware those who board your beloved dogs at Ernakulam Pet Hospital Muvattupuzha branch. They are more interested in taking money out of your pocket than protecting your dog. I admitted my Great Dane dog last month due to a bruised leg.. Doctor Brianlee George said that it is better to admit him there until the fluid in his leg clears.. At the time of admission my dog weight was 55 kg.. After 21 days I discharged my dogs Weight is..43 kg.about 12 kg short..They didn't give proper food.They charge Rs.900 per day for admitting a dog weighing more than 50 kg ...they gave me a bill of Rs.27000 without any shame. We don't mind if the weight of the dog at the time of admission is the same as the weight of the dog at the time of discharge. So remember never take your pet to Ernakulam pet hospital. They never feed your dogs.

Good thing I noticed is they go into details and gave a clear diagnosis. I have been treating my 7 year old dog of not eating food elaewhere . They found out immediately on the first day itaelf that it is a kidney problem and explained the future possible outcome.

Visited the hospital. Beautiful and clean hosptital. Loved it. Very well arranged facilities. Seems they have all the facilities like Xray, scanning, grooming etc .

Good doctors, Surgery facility is there. Hospital is very neat and tidy. The treatment is good and grooming also. Ample parking space.

Had taken my daschund to the hospital at night l due to a viper snake bite. No other hospital in the area is open 24 hours. Anti venom was available and was given immediately. He was serious for 3 days and now recovered fully. Doctors told me in detail about kidney issues after snake bite etc. They were all very supportive throughout the treatment when we were very worried. Thank you
