It's very worse and pathetic condition. Hospitality is very bad, especially reception staff. They are Just time passing with other staffs in that clinic. They are repeating the same dress for patients. Management has to take immediate and necessary action for this. ( Metro Attingal)

The services and medical staffs are very helping and friendly. But the security who worked on feb 10th 2021 at attingal metro scans was an absolute idiot. worst experience, do appoint securitires atleast with minimal manners and nice way of talking to customers. He talked to me in a very bad manner and in a colocial language and i felt so dossapointed . Its better you advise them to talk decently to the clients or customers.

Too much waiting time. Usually it takes 2 hr minimum waiting time for scanning.

we had a pathetic and unethical situation regarding the scanning reports when we showed our doctor the scanning report and he said these should not be possible try another scanning centre then we have approched other and it was not the same Its😡bad

(30/11/2023)Very worst behaviour and services of receptionist girl Karthika.irresponsible behaviour.and very rude.the one and only person Karthika is leads to degradation of that working place.

Everything is good, But there is no card payments and online payments, in this branch. even street vendors do have now. Please include this.. ASAP as this is located in the one way road if there is no money in the nearby ATM, we are trapped.
