👍👍 I wish to take this opportunity to tell you that my Samudram Cruise was excellent. From arriving at the scanning office on departure day to leaving the port in the auto rickshaw on completion of the cruise everything was wonderful. The staff who greeted me and presented me with my 'cruise uniform'... People often mention experience, island, ship, Lakshadweep, good, islands, water, time, cruise, trip,

I wish to take this opportunity to tell you that my Samudram Cruise was excellent. From arriving at the scanning office on departure day to leaving the port in the auto rickshaw on completion of the cruise everything was wonderful. The staff who greeted me and presented me with my 'cruise uniform' of cap, sport shirt, and ID lanyard were helpful, courteous, and very efficient. The ship was wonderful, my 'Diamond Class' cabin was far more comfortable than I ever expected and the ship's crew were always friendly and polite, they were especially well practised at helping the passengers on and off the various tenders to and from shore. The chef and his staff provided delicious meals for us which we thouroughly enjoyed. The whole crew were a credit to the Captain and officers of the ship and I would like to pass on my thanks and good wishes for safe passages for their future. The SPORTS staff, both on board and ashore at the various islands were also first class. They were knowledgeable and well experienced in all the different classes of water sports, activities, and equipment. The meals provided on the islands were plentiful and delicious. I was surprised that in total there was over 700 passengers on board MS Kavaratti, it never felt crowded and mealtimes were never a crush, and I thoroughly enjoyed the warm friendship showed to me by my fellow passengers. I WILL tell other people about the Lakshadweep cruise packages. However, I will explain to them in depth that this is not the usual cruise package, that they would be part of an organised group of about 170 people, primarily Indian citizens, travelling between and visiting the islands as a group, and travelling on a ship which services the islands as well as carrying passengers. Having said that I am confident that they too would enjoy this cruise. Lastly, but by no means least, I wish to thank Sports Lakshadweep Cruise Tourism, especially Mr. Terence Joseph, for being so helpful in assisting me in arranging my cruise.

Very well organised trip. The staff which accompanied us to various islands and activities were very polite and extremely friendly. Food was the best. If you eat seafood, you're going to eat the best seafood here. Highly recommended :)

We had a wonderful time at Cordelia's Lakshadweep cruise. From the smooth booking process with the very helpful Mr. Joseph to the pleasant and always helpful crew, it was a pleasure to sail with Cordelia. The ship is clean and well-maintained and the cabins are comfortable. Best of all, the buffet is delicious. Would love to go again.

Had an awesome outing with a few family members of mine to explore some islands in Lakshadweep. All but 2 among our group of 9 were senior citizens. The helping hand extended by the manager, Mr.Joseph, of Lakshadweep Cruise Tourism in getting our tickets confirmed and also giving proper directions for preparations for the journey was precise and commendable. In the ship too the Manager Mr Yasser Arafat, played the lovely part of a good host and really made us all feel at home. The care and patience he displayed towards the tourists was enviable. The serene beaches was a wonder to explore. The love and affection shown by the residents definitely deserves a huge applause.

Our Lakshadweep trip was absolutely fantastic, we stayed at the Bangaram Island. The booking for rooms at this place was difficult, but fortunately with the help of Mr Terence Joseph, we were able to get the accommodation. We were mesmerized by the beauty of the place with clean and beautiful beaches and lovely emerald and blue waters. There are breathtaking sunrise and sunset. At night we got to see hundreds and hundreds of stars. It is serene and peaceful. we experienced a very stress free time, which was precious. The water activities available here are very good and enjoyable. The hospitality is very good, staff service and food was very good and commendable . We especially loved the candle light dinners near the serene beaches with small waves continuously hitting the shores. Our trip was a memorable one, we absolutely loved it. ❤️

We toured Bangaram island for 4 days in the month of October and it was a great experience! Very beautiful coral reef, people were very humble and hospitable! MST try all the water activities! Only thing is to bear with the bore water, it is rich in sulpher. We booked through Terence Joseph and the entire process was very smooth. A must visit before it is privatized.

Lakshwadeep - Heaven on earth. The islands and water was magical. Beautiful place and beautiful clean and clear blue, green water. The cruise , ship was marvellous and what an experience. Worth every penny I would say. The food served on the ship and islands was delicious and variety of fish is must try. The ship cabins are comfortable and the cleaning was done everyday . The transfer from ship to boat and to the island was managed well and it was safe. We felt safe all the time. The activities planned were again a great experience specially Snorkeling. My personal favorite was Minicoy and Kapleni. The locals were helpful and humble. And also the customer service was top notch . Felt amazing just all the time. We were entertained and my family enjoyed the whole experience of sailing and food and visiting beautiful heavenly islands. The only issue I would wish to communicate is, Minicoy was beautiful but the time on the island was really less. The arrangements were not great compared to Kalpeni and also the village house travel only for tea was totally waste of time and we didn't enjoy that last bit at all. Instead we would have liked more time on the Minicoy island itself. The travel was unnecessary and troublesome. I would really recommend to cut that part of the Village house and arrange for tea on the minicoy island as people will enjoy that more. Please work on this, time on the island is what we need @ Minicoy. Or at least give a choice to tourist if they wish to visit the village house or remain on island than making it a mandatory. Rest, was just perfect. I thank the whole team right from the time of booking to end of the travel. Thank you guys for creating a lifetime memories for us. Good luck !

The most unexpected heaven on earth is Lakshadweep island , I have been to lot of islands and countries . But this is very unique experience one biggest experience is the luxury of the MV kavaratti the big ship with 700 total capacity including servings the local passengers is the great efforts of SPORTS and Govt of India . As the islands are unexplored to tourist in the world and now it's gradually growing , thanks to SPORTS and supporting agents who make this dream come true and not to miss to mention the hospitality of the crews and support staff in ship or in island was beyond expatations. I can't think of how well they could manage 185 tourist together and the food was yummy. The Marine life is very beautiful and it's not much polluted yet but am afraid it's gonna be bad soon and something this has to be collectively with GOI efforts they have to do few preventive measures. Last but not the least the humble and Loving people of all the islands they are so welcoming and very innocent. I did speak to lot of local Islanders it was great experience . This package is must try and I suggest for any age including family . That have all things covered so just go for it . thanks for reading .. tc thanks again Joseph for helping in booking this trip and adding beautiful memories in my journey.

We travelled to Lakshadweep Islands from Kavaratti cruise on Samudram package of SPORTS Society for Promotion of Nature Tourism and Sports by Lakshadweep Tourism. We boarded on cruise on 22 Mar 23 from Cochin port around 1830 for first Island Kalpeni and reached there around 8 in the morning of 23 Mar 23. From cruise we were taken to Island by small boats and a warm welcome was done by tourism department of Kalpeni with welcome drink, water sports activity, followed by lunch, local folk dance and evening tea with sight seeing of island. In the evening we were taken to cruise by small boats from where started for next destination Agatti Island. Similar activities were conducted on this island too and were were taken back to ship for onward journey Minicoy, the third island in the tour programme. Minicoy is really very beautiful island with coconut trees and mangroves with lush green trees and shrubs all over island. This was the biggest island out of the three. With population of appprox 16K having village system comprising of 11 villages. The island is quite nearer to Maldives and people of Minicoy speaks Mahl language which is spoken in Maldives There is a light house made in 1885 from which top clear and beautiful view of nature mix of sea and island is seen by the tourists. After sight seeing we returned to ship for return journey to Cochin and reach Cochin on 26 Mar 23 around 1400 hrs. On the ship all the facilities like first class AC cabin with two bed, working table with chairs, cup boards, washrooms neat and clean are there. There are separate dining halls for veg and non veg. Timings for morning tea, breakfast and dinner are strictly to be followed by all on board passengers and tourists. Recreation hall, helipad and swimming pool are also in place at Ship. Food is good at Ship as well as on island except at Agatti which was much below expectation including the hospitality provided there. While Kalpeni and Minicoy warmly welcomed and provided excellent hospitality, Agatti was lacking and SPORTS should exclude Agatti from the tourist list or improve the hospitality and facility for tourists. We enjoyed a lot the 5 days and 4 nights tour to Lakshadweep island sponsored and organised by Lakshadweep Tourism and SPORTS and thanks them for their dedicated efforts and hospitality at on board and at Islands We recommend to the viewers that they must explore india and Lakshadweep by Samudram package and enjoy the leisure. Mr Joseph was always willing to provide any help needed and he was very cooperative and convincing person. Chandra Bhan Singh Cabin 574.

We had gone to Lakshadweep with moderate expectation as it was completely unknown to us in terms of zero experience in and around our friends/family Circle. We had only few you tube videos to fall back on. We had contacted Lakshadweep Cruise & Resort via Google and after interacting for almost 2 months we landed in Agatti island on 14th December. Since the time of landing till we boarded the flight back home few hours ago, everything was EXCELLENT and way above our expectation in terms of hospitality, food, closeness to the nature etc. They did the permit for us and took care of whole trip very nicely. We love sea beaches and had visited few of them in India and abroad too but the whole experience here must be right up there. Day trips to island were guided nicely and all of them were very helpful and special mention for Shehnaz, the cook who deserves a big clap for treating us foodies with such lovely veg/non veg dishes. If you are sea lovers, your next destination has to be Lakshadweep and be rest assured you will not be disappointed and will ignore minor/trivial issues considering overall lifetime experience ... Thank you Mr Joseph and team and staffs of Coraline resorts.

    1. Excellent place to visit. Crystal clear waters, pristine beaches add to the glamour. 2. The facilities for tourists could be improved by refining the menu, especially the dessert. 3. Experience was great. If itinerary is improved it would be greater. Thank you very much for a lovely holiday.

Average ship food n facilities. Nice islands n tour. Excellent staff. Local passengers also travel on ship from mainland to the islands n r quite a bit of intrusion into privacy of tourists.....overall average experience.

Visited Agatti Island in May 2023. Stayed at beach cottage. One of the best blue lagoon beach in the world. Must try is snorkeling and scuba diving. Bangaram and Thinnakara Island visit is worth.

We have had really wonderful experience. It was hell lot of a trip ! Lakshadweep is a hidden paradise. Cruise experience was also good, everything has been taken care of. Food was ok and bit bland but its was done purposefully to deal with sea sickness. Though I didn't feel it at all ! Minicoy was best of the island we visited though Kavrati and Kadmat were also very scenic. West side beach , just 5 min walk from front side to back, at Kadmat was not much explored but would recommend must to visit and stroll around. Totally serene and different world !!

Heavenly & divine probably would do justice to the experience we had in Lakshadweep onboard the Samudram package. Perfectionism in services is what the organisers believe & practice throughout the journey, be it from booking to disembarkation. Nice, warm and courteous staff on the ship, at the resorts in the islands, at the water sports facilities and the food served added to the pristine azure blue colours that followed us all the way. May the winds be kind on you, SPORTS. All the best for all such ventures.

Everything, for example, the way in which the tourists are welcomed, the stay, the food etc were GREAT. For food My suggestion is that, you may fix seperate time for each floor instead of announcement. For shopping, you may take the tourists in groups, instead of taking everybody at the same time. You may also instruct the tourists to stand in queue so that the old aged and family with small children may not have any problem.

Lakshadweep trip is something which is best and memorable in throughout my life. It has a total different experience and got an opportunity to meet island people and to know their culture. Joseph (agent) has helped us a-lot in managing all the things and resolved all doubts before and during trip. He is available every time and will make you feel comfortable.

It was an amazing experience going with Sports and the Ship MV Kavaratti was with awesome facilities starting from clean room to deck and dining hall. Mr Joseph explained every details before going and Mr.Arafat guided us and managed so well in entire trip. The staffs are so good while serving food even in island also. The water activities like scuba, snorkeling was guided by good trainers even while transferring to small boat and kayaking we felt absolutely safe. The sightseeing was arranged by them. The food was tasty and there was veg and nonveg section separately. The main satisfaction we got from the colour of water. It felt like we are in some other country like Maldives but compare to Maldives it's far cheaper. One thing I felt can be improved is to arrange room for those who are not doing water activities as the whether was very hot and staying entire day in beach is little exhausting. I would recommend everyone to go with Sports and mainly avail this cruise as it's an lifetime awesome experience can't be explained in words.
