I am dr Maya,have taken appointment for a hydra facial at 12PM and I have specifically told at the reception that I am working and I have to come in between and they asked me to come.I took appointment at 11AM .but when I reached there, they changed the timing to after 2 which is not acceptable for me. They should have informed me if changes were like that which is very disappointing.the reception team has to be trained first.

I went there for hydrafacial and I just loved their service. I had an appointment with Dr Saliny. She was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable before the procedure. She did a thorough analysis of my skin and made me understand what all issues my skin has and what the treatments would be. She did not compel me to take any of them, rather she made it clear that those are her suggestions and if I'm willing, or would like to go ahead with them, she can do it for me. Really appreciate the services.

Did hydrafacial but I was having acne. They could have analysed my face and then advise for hydrafacial but the doctor didn't even know about this or what. Just because I had acne they hesitated to do the proper blading part. Then why did I pay the full amount for that. It's been 1 month and I've got 0 result till date. Never visit again. Expensive too.

❌❌❌❗❗Never visit this clinic for any hairfall or dandruff related issues. They charge a hefty bill with so many unnecessary medicines and now the condition of my hair is even worse than before.👎🏽👎🏽 Please don't waste your money!!🙏🏽🙏🏽

Bad experience. Went for my surgery appointment and they tell me that doctor isn’t there. They could have informed me? Also, staff is not polite. Don’t recommend

I don’t know if this is the way how dermatologist prescribe medicines. I was given face wash, sunscreen, moisturiser and night cream. All had severe chemicals included and had severe outbreaks. I regret going to a dermatologist and also I will be very careful if at all am going to consult another one.

Went here for alopecia treatment .I had 3 big patches on my beard.After successful treatment now the patches are hidden and my face become normal like earlier.A big thanks to Dr.Prasanth and Dr skin clinic.

Certainly, one of the best skin clinic in Thiruvalla by held qualified doctors. It is well maintained communication management between staff and client either over phone or in the direct approach. We are deserved of getting their service , no matter in the expenses , but it is worth of getting effective and accurate medicines by sophisticated prescription.

I went there for a wart removal. It was a lady Dr. She didn't removed the root of that wart and in a month and half it came back and grown to its extend in my hand. It's been an issue for me for years as I have removed it earlier I knew that the whole part should be removed otherwise it will come again same spot. She said it will peel off in a week but instead it grown back.
