The store is really good in almost every aspect. The prices are pretty great and the staff are very friendly and courteous. They had pretty great discounts too, when I visited.

I had worse experience from first cry chengannur . In fact I am a satisfied customer of firstcry Trivandrum KowdiaFirstcry.com Store Trivandrum Kuravankonam Pattom Kowdiar and also from Ulloor . They treat us very well and give nice gift packing too . But in chengannur their dealings and product packaging and also very worse. I suggest people avoid chengannur First cry and go to Thiruvalla just 20 minutes from here .

Only costly items are stocked.. There are many other options in chengannur or thiruvalla. Twice i went to this shop and endup paying aprox. 1600 Rs and the same quality items can be bought almost half the rate in thiruvalla.

Disappointed with the shop. We bought clothes for our 4 yrs old son from here. We had asked them for 5-6 yrs old shorts and half sleeve t-shirts. They packed and gave us the clothes. On checking after reaching home, we found that they kept one set of shorts of 3-4 yrs in the bag. On enquiring, they said it may have happened by mistake, will send the correct size shorts through staff who lives in mannar, later said he's on leave. When I called up again next morning saying that I'm coming to the shop and asked to keep the same shorts of 5-6 yrs ready, they said someone else has bought it and no same stock is available now. And they starting showing different shorts as replacement. On reaching shop, I realised that the replacement choices were not good enough but i had no choice but to replace it as they don't give refund. For no fault of ours, we had to visit the shop twice in two days and make the extra expense of travelling, shop didn't offer to bear the expense even after us insisting on it. Very bad experience.

Shamefully high priced, low quality products. There are lot of good options available online and offline. Don't go here. I have tried both first cry store and website and the result is the same. Buy from them if you want to avoid the hassle to research and okay with buying products with low durability and don't mind shelling out to buy again. First cry provides you convenience, so you don't have to look around for baby care products.

We went to buy a particular item, we got it and didn't browse much throughout the store. Overall looked decently stocked.

They don’t give the bills and deduct incorrect prices .Items are heavily priced and incorrect prices are told while purchasing and money in the bill deducted are completely different.Too bad services.
