all,
the
branch
is
located
elsewhere.
The
error
in
Maps
was
pointed
out
by
another
user

month
back,
but
as
you
can
see
if
you
go
through
it,
he
has
received
what
seems
to
be
an
auto
generated
reply
pointing
him
towards
another
ATM.
From
the
evidence
at
hand,
they
have
not
made
any
attempt
to
correct
the
mistake
itself.
(I
have
submitted
the
correction
to
Google
Maps,
don't
know
how
long
it
will
take
them
to
verify
it.)
The
reason
I
am
mentioning
this
first
is
because
this
sort
of
unprofessional
attittude
is
what
you
should
expect
from
this
branch.
Their
number
on
Maps
and
all
other
websites
is
incorrect.
Nobody
has
made
any
effort
to
correct
those
either.
What's
even
worse
is
even
if
they
did,
it
would
be
of
no
use.
Initially,
I
called
ICICI
helpline
and
obtained
a
number,
but
they
never
answered.
Last
week,
when
I
visited
the
branch,
I
asked
for
their
number
again,
and
got
another
number.
Again,
when
I
called
2
days
later,
nobody
was
answering.
The
employee
who
gave
me
her
card
also
had
her
own
mobile
number
in
it,
but
nobody
answers
even
on
that
number.
I
wonder
whether
they
have
received
any
circular
asking
them
not
to
answer
phone
calls.
As
for
the
reason
for
my
visit,
I
had
visited
the
branch
in
November
last
year
to
apply
for
a
credit
card.
Submitted
all
the
required
papers
and
was
waiting
for
a
reply.
Within
a
week
a
guy
called
for
address
verification,
and
that
was
also
done.
I
was
told
to
expect
a
reply
in
2-3
weeks
after
that.
I
waited
for
a
month.
And
then
another.
I
didn't
receive
a
single
call
from
them.
So,
I
decided
to
contact
them
this
month.
I
know
it
might
have
been
rejected,
but
even
then
I
wanted
to
know
the
reason,
because
I
couldn't
think
of
any.
I
have
already
told
you
what
it
was
like
to
contact
them
over
phone.
When
I
visited
the
branch,
I
was
told
the
concerned
employee
was
elsewhere,
and
someone
informed
this
particular
employee
over
phone
that
I
was
still
waiting
for
a
reply.
Afterwards
I
was
told
that
it
might
take
some
time
for
the
concerned
employee
to
get
back,
and
they
will
contact
me
when
she
does.
I
said
okay,
and
left.
That
was
last
week.
Since
then
I
have
called
them
numerous
times,
and
as
usual,
they
haven't
answered
any
of
the
calls.
