I visited bank several times. First time visit experience was horrified in terms of navigation. This location is wrong. I myself reported that so many times in Google map itself and even once pointed to bank staff. They said will be fixing soon. But still location remains same. Bank service was okay. And bank Actually is in 'Angamaly' not in 'Karayamparambu'. It's almost opposite to Sunny Silks. Kindly please report current location as wrong and get people rid of wrong information. First of all, the branch is located elsewhere. The error in Maps was pointed out by another user 1 month back, but as you can see if you go through it, he has received what seems to be an auto generated reply pointing him towards another ATM. From the evidence at hand, they have not made any attempt to correct the mistake itself. (I have submitted the correction to Google Maps, don't know how long it will take them to verify it.) The reason I am mentioning this first is because this sort of unprofessional attittude is what you should expect from this branch. Their number on Maps and all other websites is incorrect. Nobody has made any effort to correct those either. What's even worse is even if they did, it would be of no use. Initially, I called ICICI helpline and obtained a number, but they never answered. Last week, when I visited the branch, I asked for their number again, and got another number. Again, when I called 2 days later, nobody was answering. The employee who gave me her card also had her own mobile number in it, but nobody answers even on that number. I wonder whether they have received any circular asking them not to answer phone calls. As for the reason for my visit, I had visited the branch in November last year to apply for a credit card. Submitted all the required papers and was waiting for a reply. Within a week a guy called for address verification, and that was also done. I was told to expect a reply in 2-3 weeks after that. I waited for a month. And then another. I didn't receive a single call from them. So, I decided to contact them this month. I know it might have been rejected, but even then I wanted to know the reason, because I couldn't think of any. I have already told you what it was like to contact them over phone. When I visited the branch, I was told the concerned employee was elsewhere, and someone informed this particular employee over phone that I was still waiting for a reply. Afterwards I was told that it might take some time for the concerned employee to get back, and they will contact me when she does. I said okay, and left. That was last week. Since then I have called them numerous times, and as usual, they haven't answered any of the calls. So, there it is. ICICI Angamaly for you. (f you still want to go there, it's opposite UCO Bank, Angamaly. You can see ICICI ATM marked there. I have updated the numbers as well.)

Could you please update your Google map location first. Following your Google map I reached till Karayamparambu and what I was able to see was few plants.

We come here at 4:08 pm and the Deputy Branch Mgr informs us that they function only till 3:30 pm. They tell us they cannot help us because they function only till 3:30 pm. Even though they have their working hours mentioned outside as 4:30 . Most pathetic branch of ICICI ever. Makes you reconsider banking with them.

You get the answer for the question you asked, and they are efficient. But not bothered to go beyond that. I went there to close my account due to the issue with deducting MAB even when I maintained an FD for the amount equal to MAB always. Though I have told them the reason, they did not bother about rectifying the issue and retaining the customer.

Worst map experience.. Drived a circle for a long time. Update location for god sake. Never drive a car to this location. This branch is near ksrtc stand and not in karayamparambu

ICICI Bank have recently shifted their Angamaly Branch to Aswin Building, TB road, Angamaly, Ernakulam Dist Kerala. Landmark: Near KSRTC depot and Federal Bank. Good location and good services

Today l reached the ANGAMALI branch NEAR KSRTC at 2.30 Pm, it remain closed and no one is there to answer or have any notices displayed there

This bank was located somewhere else from the location in map which is 10 kms away from the actual location. It took me 1 hr to find the actual bank. I updated the location on the Google map but it will take time to verify(don't know how much time). This should be the concern of the concerned bank manager or PR of the office to look into such matter. Its harrashment to people. They will be searching for the bank else where and it's located somewhere else. The least the bank could do is update the actual location, so that people could reach the bank. If people can't reach the bank in the first place how they are supposed to get service from you.
