Comfortable, clean, friendly and social place. As per my experience, this is one of the best paying guest facility in trivandrum in terms of hospitality, attitude of owners as well as food. Students as well as working professionals can choose here without a second thought.

Best place to stay. Stayed here for 1and half years. Has parking and washing machine. Peaceful surrounding, Greenery and good food

It's a great place to stay as PG for working men as well students. Great terrace to chat with your colleagues and to have fun.

Bad place sewage was open

Need cleanliness, lightings, bathrooms are not clean. I didn't like it. Owner should take care of these. It's an old fashioned building. At least should cleaned and renovated.

The lady is the worst person ever.....we already talked about other PG and we didn't even stay for a day...but she took the entire deposit amount and said that room is available but its your choice that u are not living so money stays with me
