Unprofessional workers, unhygienic environment. Horrible customer care support!(receptionist)! I have been a regular customer for more than a year.There were very good employees and Custom care facility before. But Now a days, they deliver the worst service with some unprofessional employees. I had a very bad experience with them last day. My 5 year old kid got his ear cut with the trimmer at the time of hair cut yesterday. But they deliberately hide it and hence I noticed this after reaching home only. They deployed inexperienced workers to do the job. Maybe for additional profit!!!. Language was one of the other reasons there. We have to research Hindi words to make them understand. I even sought help from the receptionist but she behaved strangely. Really an unhygienic environment: we have to walk through the waste hairs that spreads all over the shop hence don't remove your shoes or sandals before entering !!!

Had a good experience. I had done waxing and threading which was done by Arya. She is friendly and made me comfortable, understood the requirements clearly and I had a painless waxing and threading experience. Would recommend this place 👍

Found very professional approach. Very experienced staffs and ambience with lots of packages available. I have personally attended the SPA & became a permanent member. Mr. Javed is a wonderful staff with good hospitality and customer satisfying workman.

I visited today for Hairstyling. The staffs and manager was did a great job. They helpful throughout the time & have good capability to understand his clients requirements. Got a Haircut and kera smooth treatment with awesome results. I'm completely satisfied with the service my stylist provided & Will definitely visit again!

It was wonderful experience at naturals vetturoad. Sharik was awesome took great care and he deserves 5* but the hair cutting area AC was not working and initially available chair was broken. Nevertheless Sharik addressed my concerns immediately. Thank you Sharik!
