Had a great stay at cliff way apartments! Loved the interiors with both warm and cool lighting along with the wooden furniture. Was fully equipped with whatever you could ask for starting from the stove top to washing machine and had really fancy cutlery and glasses. The attached balcony to the bedrooms were really beautiful and the view to the art museum was an added bonus. The owner even went out of his way to get us an early check-in as we arrived a few hours early which is not something everyone would do. The cliff was almost a 7 min walk which was great as well. Overall, it was a perfect stay for me and my friends.

Stayed with family for one night in an apartment with a hall kitchen and toilet, The rooms are clean and new but Found lizards and their droppings in the kitchen and hall TV stand. The service is good and helpful... The utensils in the kitchens are very basic, no vessel to boil milk for my kid but they provide a vessel on request.. Ambience parking is available. Location is near to the hellipad and cliff beach.

Nice place for a stay in varkala where we can get an entire apartment which kitchen and washing machine. The apartment is well maintained and clean. However, it is not located in the cliff so you don't get the sea views and have to walk for 10 mins to reach the cliff. I've had a nice stay overall.

Stayed here for one month while studying. Great for what I needed, fast wifi, kitchen, hot water in the PM, air con, and close to supermarket and short walk to cliff. We just asked for a room clean, fresh sheets and towels when needed. Friendly cleaning lady. Nice outdoor seating area. Room was cool so didn't need air-con much. Quiet considering its on a busy street. Pay electricity seperate for long term stay and experienced a few power cuts but otherwise enjoyed staying here. Anup is very good with communication. Friendly neighbours. I would recommend this place.

Room was neat and clean. Everything was superclean, apartment was fully equipped with all the appliances. Location is perfect, 700-800 m from varkala beach.

We visited Cliff way apartment but unfortunately all the 1bhk's were sold out already. But I was so surprised rooms are exactly what you see in the pictures. Very neat and clean apartments.

It's a good apartment, worth it. The amount which you will spend for a small hotel room, for that rate you will get a fully furnished apartment.

We've spent 4 great months in Varkala at Cliff Way Apartments 🌴 The house is new, clean and modern 🏡 Has 6 apts, elevator, solar panels and even a electro-scooter fast charge station⚡ We lived in King-Studio at the penthouse 👑 Our apartment was fully equipped with furniture and electrical facilities 🔌 We had a balcony with access to the rooftop. Common area at the last floor were also at our disposal. There even was a tub in the bathroom 🛀🏻 Our house manager - Anoop was above all praise 🙏🏻 He is a host you can only dream about: very polite, responsive and helpful. Helped us literally a hundred times during our stay. Of course there were some drawbacks:  The house is located at the main road crossing, so it's rather noisy 🔊 Neighbors were burning fires 24/7 🔥🔥🔥 Our overall experience is 9/10.

Such a neat and clean place, the apartment gives vibes like a home... Anup bhai really helped a lot...
