It's second time my wife facing such a bad experience from naturals... We are regular customers of Naturals and except this Naturals situated at kallampally all others were really good. With that trust we visited this saloon again. Waited for long to get hair wash after hair treatment. There wasn't sufficient water even for washing.The manager in charge is not at all friendly. I told the staffs that i wanted to talk to the manager but she gone from there. We are expecting some level of standard and professionalism from reputed salons like this. I request the owner in charge of this outlet to have a serious look on this issue to avoid this in future. Anyways I am not ready to take one more chance in this place.

Terrible experience. I had the worst experience when i went there for waxing my legs. They melted the wax too hot and applied it directly on my skin with a metal spatula. The metal Spatula burnt my skin as it is not supposed to be used on human skin. I wanted to stop immediately and i asked the person to stop. Then she asked me to wait and used wooden spatula after. They were laughing for their mistake without apologising. This place gave me a first degree burn. Non professional behaviour. Prices are also high. Worst waxing experience of my life.

I visited India and loved the enjoyed so many treatments. I had a facial, pedicure with heal repair I even had my makeup for my wedding and hair styled. I was really happy with my makeup and hair and felt amazing. Some of the staff spoke English which was really helpful.

My family and me have been very frequently coming to this salon for various services and has got very satisfying treatment each and every time. They have a very service minded and professionally sound staff with a top of the line hospitality in the sreekaryam branch. This time I got a hair spa done here by Mr. Babu, who did an excellent job. His professionalism and knowledge n skill was much commendable.

I used to be a loyal customer, getting my monthly haircuts here for several years without any issues. However, today's experience was disappointing. Despite a team of experienced staff, they assigned me a new stylist who lacked proper grooming and hygiene. The unpleasant encounter became more evident during the haircut, as he struggled with the front hair, prompting me to intervene. Uncomfortable with the situation, I left the chair midway, expressed my concerns at the front desk, paid, and left. Although they offered to rectify the cut with an experienced stylist and even a refund, I declined. Regrettably, I won't be returning to this salon.

Had the best experience here. Hair stylist Adarsh did an amazing job on my hair. I would happily recommend this place and especially this person to anyone seeking a gorgeous look! Special thanks to the owner who was a gracious host.

I had gone in today to get botox treatment done for my hair and when i tell you i am satisfied is an understatement… Sanju did my hair and it was just amazing. I told her how i wanted my hair to be and she did beyond amazing. The customer service was also exemplary. I am a regular at naturals and my advice would be to call in to book an appointment before going in to save time as somedays it would be very crowded.

Very nice experience so far. Had been a customer for last one year almost. Staff are really friendly and cool, Especially would like to name a few, Payal, Mona, Sanju, Sakthi. They make you feel comfortable. Service is really good.

I didn't like the service. I went for hair smoothening and a guy started the work and it was good.. but suddenly he was called upon for attending another person and a female came to do my hair.. she was so careless and rude. Also was not accepting wat i want.. its my hair so i think it should be done as how i want. May be teach the staff to behave nicely at the least!! It was so disappointing Ruined my day

Had an really good time at Naturals Sreekariyam recently. Went in for a haircut, some beard work, and even tried hair coloring. The vibe was chill and the place was super clean. The staff really listened to what I wanted, and a big thumbs-up to Imran. The guy knows his stuff and took his time to get everything just right. Heads up, it's a good idea to book ahead to skip the wait time. Everyone there wants to make sure you get what you need, so it can get busy. All in all, had a great experience and I'd totally recommend checking it out!

Spa was good. Hair cutting was bad as hell. She didn't even try to set my hair. Very inappropriate behavior. And the price is also i found there is some kind of discrimination for rich people and poor people. It should be better if u go to any other salon other than this.

Visited Naturals this time too after some hectic days. I really love their services. Most importantly my attendee Mona was exceptionally good. Her massage was perfect and I felt really relaxed. Thank you so much 😊
