Horrible service guys... Employees here are goons .. I went for scanning a 7 page document and they charged 10 rs per page.. That's fine at least they told me the charges well in advance.. After scanning, I asked them to email me the document (While scanning I saw their system and it's full of unwanted pop up messages,so do not want to copy the doc on my pen drive) ... The lady who scanned my document did not utter a word about charges for sending email.. yes, I said it right.. They wanted me to pay them 10 rupees for sending a single email.. In this digital era , where everyone has a smart phone and access to emails at finger print- these people are still charging 10rupees for email.. I refused to pay for email, and the lady took me to next shop which is also owned by the these guys. 3-4 people were there and they were demanding me to pay 10rs.I said , I wanted to talk to owner of the shop..The best part is yet to come.. shop guy took owner on call and owner was also telling the same in demanding voice.I was shocked. Beware of this looters guys...

Branch in new busstand NPS Complex, very worst behaviour by staffs, i asked them no net connection. They simply says ok and didnt do anything, all time i watched they simply chat with one another. No work they are doing
