We wanted to buy a 3 burner Preethi gas stove , model BluFlame., Nature. The salesgirl told us this is not available. So we ended up buying the same model with only 2 burners. When unpacking the stove we found the booklet and this showed the 3 burner model. So we called the manager and want to replace this stove for the one with 3 burners. He will not cooperate. What terrible service: a lying salesgirl and an uncaring, uncooperative manager. So typical: when you are in the shop everyone is so nice, but when they have caused you a problem, they dont care!!

Awful service: I bought two aircon (Panasonic brand) 21 days ago and it is not yet installed as they told me the technician will come today (always). One of the worst service I ever seen in my life. It was a bitter experience and I decided NOT to purchase anything from Vasanth & Co (especially from Batlagundu branch). So far I rang them at least 50 times and there were no proper answers. Manager always said, we dont do service and we ask Panasonic guys to do it. Panasonic guys never answer your calls and even they attend sometime (happens only 2 times in my case), they say we will come tomorrow at 11 AM to your home. I am still wondering how many tomorrows they will quote. Update : ********* After multiple calls made to Panasonic service center and finally spoke with service center manager (Gunasekar), he arranged a technician to install the set up yesterday (15-04-2021) and it is completed. My RECOMMENDATION would be AVOID buying PANASONIC stuff as the service is really very POOR. Coordination between Vasanth & Co and Panasonic Service center should be improved.

Be careful while purchasing TV and Water heater. They simply gave the demo piece. When I opened the television box there is no plastic seal on the TV screen. There is no manual on the box. This is the case for the water heater also. So Please be careful while purchasing products for this specific branch.
