Excellent 4 star property...Delicious Food !!!...Simple and humble staff and management 👌👌👌... But.. Management Need to invest more care in table clearance and hygiene of customer serving area..also add at least 10% handwash liquid instead of 100 % water in handwash dispenser**..

Very bad experience...worst room service. Food quality is worst.one of my worst experience in a hotel in Kerala

1.Though I had booked rhe roon in very advance, I still had to wait at the reception to get the room ready. 2. There was a construction work going on at the top floor and the noice was intolerable. 3. Food for breakfast was un healthy and not boiled 4. The room allotted was not an executive room. Room 101. 5. Pictures and real experience of the room is total different 6. Overall the experience was horrible and terrible

The hotel location is convenient for travellers to reach. Also the hotel maintain good hygiene and neatness. There is ample parking facility. The interiors are designed beautifully with good interior plants. There are enough options of restaurants from executive, normal AC cabins, individual huts and rooftop restaurant. The staff is also very attentive. Totally very good experience.
