Excellent restaurant in all aspects. Though it looks small from the exterior, the arrangement in the underground is just awesome to accommodate enough families. All the dishes are excellent, moderately rated & very tasty, special mention on beef mathi & it's the best beef manthi u can get in TVM. The service is superb fast. Awesome experience guaranteed - try this out!!

One of the best in town for Mandhi and Shawarma without a doubt. Their Vazhuthacadu outlet is well maintained and good service. Staffs are really good. Right place for a family dinner. Coming to the food. Tried their chicken shawarma in rumali rotti. It is always a go to option. One of the best in town. Mandhi rice was really yummy. With right amount of flavors. Beef was really juicy, yummy and spicy. Charcoal chicken and Malabar chicken both were superb. Both are their signature dishes liked both. Drinks were also really nice. Tried Watermelon juice and Naruneendi Soda. Naruneendi is a must try. Their homemade ice cream is a must try. We tried their dragon fruit. It was superb. The only thing which could have been better was the salad given with the mandhi. Will definitely recommend this place for families and bachelors.

It's a good experience.. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming.. I tried out quarter portion of their Jamaican Charcoal Mandhi is petty good and absolutely good meal.. Price : ₹231 including taxes.

For a change we tried their Jamaican crunchy plate shawarma,fish sharwama and soda sarbath Jamaican was Nice taste and fully stuffed with chicken,only drawn back what i found is its heavy mixed with oil(may be it's happen only for me). Fish sharwama - below average...quantity wise ok. But having excess salt added in fish and filled with excess mayonnaise. Soda sharwath - I can call it as sugar sarbath..normally it will contain lemon favour also.. The staff is very friendly..once i complained they immediately replaced it. Nice ambience,silent and spacious as compared to palayam branch.

Worst food i had. Restaurant is not at all crowded. I think people realised the food quality. Don't waste your hard earned money here. Try some Street food insted, which will be more than satisfying.

Lovely restaurant with Middle Eastern vibes, serving some amazing grills, Mandi and shawarmas. They have a separate Take away counter and an underground restaurant. There is a separate Majlis seating area too. Jamaican Charcoal rubbed meats are their speciality. They're smokey and spicy. Beef variant was a surprise, well cooked and soft. Well known for their shawarmas too, including their fish shawarma. Homemade icecream is also a must try. They're rich and decadent. Staff are attentive. Parking is kerbside only.

Perfect place to have your food. Their jamaican grilled chicken is too good. Shawarmas, I think they started the revolution in tvm. The space in vazhuthacaud is having very good ambience and is a clean space to have ur food and relax

First time trying the dish that is Manthi rice which is now very common among keralites..I've been wanting to try it and i wud say its worth it once in a while...its a different take on the normal fried rice but with a little smoky taste to it ...For me it kind of tasted like pulav rice with no veggies .Had half Charcoal manthi with Alfaham chicken...They gave two big succulent pieces of al-faham..The rice i felt was a bit too oily but quantity was good ..In Some restaurants they give unlimited rice too The restaurant only serves Manthi and shawarma ..The dining space is pretty good and nicely kept..There is a nice lounge area for a group dine in which seems always reserved.. Overall a must try dish at barbecue space

We tried the Charcoal Beef, Fish Shawarma, Paneer grill, and their Rumizza. Fish Shawarma tasted out of this world, I would recommend this to all the 🐟 lovers. The beef and paneer were good too, with the right amount of spice. The Rumizza was OK, but it didn't meet my expectations. The filling was way too much that we couldn't enjoy it, and the amount of sayce used killed the dish. We had the homemade ice creams, too.. it was Yumm... overall, it is a nice place with good food options..

Tried the signature Jamaican Charcoal and Honey Grilled dishes and found them both delicious and unique. While the portion sizes may be slightly small for the price, the quality of the ingredients compensated. The Peach Mojito was good, but the Passion Fruit variant wasn’t that great. I’d recommend trying the Hive honey cakes, they are excellent. Overall, good dining experience.

Nice restaurant. Ambience is good and not too rush. Service is little slow but not bad. Taste is also fine. The only problem with this restaurant is no gravy item available. As the name suggests, only barbeque when it comes with porotta, it's crispy and require some gravy items like curries, roast something but nothing available. Rest the items are ok and worth a try

Located at vazhuthacaud.. ambience is nice.. tried alfalhm mandi,chicken wings,beef platted shawarma(take away) and honey alfalhm..except shawarma all items where good.. I don't personally like honey alfalhm but my friends did..chicken wings was excellent..the alfalhm (normal one)was good also..mandi rice had good flavour(not the best).. Coming to beef platter shawarma its the worst...felt like they sandwiched beef curry between two khubbus. I have never had such pathetic shawarma in my entire life.. The service was good..takes around 15-20 minutes to serve the food..well maintained..

One of my favourite spots in Trivandrum city. If you love Arabic or Mandhi, you won't be disappointed. The food was excellent especially their Charcoal Beef and Jamaican Spicy Al faham. 5/5 for sure !! Not happy with their customer service though. A bit pricy but yeah the quality is good. Do try !!

Had Jamaican Charcoal Mandi which was really delicious and I found that to be a must try. The atmosphere was pretty pleasing and the customer service was also good. You might find the restaurant to be a little expensive but the food they serve is worth it. The restaurant is situated underground. The lighting is also impressive. Superb superb superb. Wonderful ambience, friendly staff, great variety of dishes. Great for family and friends get togethers. Special mention for the Paneer grill. It was really delicious and sooo affordable for that quanity served. Soft drinks was just ok.

I had a great time visiting the restaurant with my friends. The food was excellent, and the service was great. We ordered their jamaican charcoal Mandi, and it was the finest I've ever eaten. They have a really lovely atmosphere similar to what we typically find in pricey restaurants. We all enjoyed our time at the restaurant, and would definitely recommend it to others

Jamaican Alfaham was out of the world. Strongly recommended ! Beautiful ambience inside. Good amount of space and a young friendly staff. We tried Kombucha for the 1st time and it was a mesmerizing drink for which I would come back here.

Located near to Vazhuthacaud jn. The restaurant is very good with ample seating space, which can accommodate more than 50 people at a time. The staff here are very cordial and cooperative. Food is also decent and had good quantity. Parking is an issue here. Very difficult to park your vehicle, if you reach here during a busy period. Rest everything is cool.

I was a person who always loved this place for it's food and ambience. But, after this visit I would never recommend this to anyone. Initially I found myself a comfortable seat, later a staff asked me to move to another seat, inspite of having other vacant seats and zero customers waiting. I agreed and shifted to another seat to share a table with 2 strangers. They didn't have the manners to ask if we were comfortable or not. He was like this is the only option available now either sit or leave. I had my lunch uncomfortably, sharing table with strangers, ruining the entire dining experience. If they don't have enough seating arrangements, they should make necessary arrangements, but please do not ruin a customer's dining experience.

Had ordered chicken breast alfaham beef alfaham wings and jamican shawarma burger Messed up our order chicken didn't feel like fresh mayanoise was so bland. Wings was not cooked properly . Instead of beef they gave us chicken only changed it after request beef was not cooked properly nd not fresh will not go again.

The food was really nice and a perfect dating spot and the price was reasonable, but the juice they cost like they are imported from the moon 🌝 or something 120 rs for a orange juice 🥤 seriously 😒

Food is good. Atmosphere is also great. Though the shop seems a small front office, the dining area is in the basement hidden from the traffic. The shawarma is one of the best in the town. The manthi with the barbaqued chicken is tasty. The Kerala porotta as well as rumali roti are soft and fresh from oven. The mojito are good but expected better. The price is slightly on higher side, however I didn't mind paying it given the quality and taste and atmosphere they assure.

Had Jamaican charcoal chicken mandi and it tastes awesome. They are not serving coke or pepsi ☹️ They serve soda sarabaths and mojiotos but i didn't try. FYI: Ac and non AC dine have no rate difference 😁

Chicken kuzhimanthi Quality is very good 4.5 star for that. Quantity is meant for a child only. You have to decrease the prices or should increase the quantity. Salad should be served in separate it was mixed in the rice. All over a nice place to try quality food .

I tried their beef mandhi , it was really awesome , beef was so soft and tender , also verity of al phaham and other grill items are available there, I saw so many customer's ordering their shawarmas , parking space is not there, we have to park near road side , overall nice experience
