I recently stayed at Kingsway Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The receptionist Nivil, was exceptional. He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel itself was great, with clean rooms and excellent amenities. I highly recommend Kingsway Hotel, and Nivil's outstanding service made my stay even better.

This is a nice hotel having great accessibility towards every iconic point of trivandrum city, almost located nearby to trivandrum international airport and mall of travancore. The hotel is well maintained with proper hygiene, i stayed there in 104 got a complementary breakfast it was quiet okey,They have a good team for services.Especially front office receptionist Mr:Nivil he is very friendly person,he made things better for our stay, he is very much proffessional.

they agreed to provide room with 24 hours check out facility.... overall experience is good. located close to the airport is the advantage. but main locations in city are within 5 kilometers from the hotel. spacious rooms with basic facilities. you have to ask for coffee powder and milk powder. water bottle is not provided. I didn't ask either. didn't try the food as the restaurant was deserted at 1 pm!!!! the air conditioner duct makes lots noise throughout the time it is on. the receptionist says it is same in all rooms. a renovation is due, but I don't think they'll invest in it for next few years.

Stayed here for a night only with a couple of friends, as needed a place to crash in Trivandrum before my early morning flight. Pros: a) Location - Located on the main road and barely 12 mins drive from the airport and 15 mins from the railway station. This was an deciding factor for me as I had an early morning flight. b) Rooms- Nothing spectacular but clean and tidy. Rooms were quite spacious too. Cons: a) Maintenance of bathrooms- Bathroom fittings were not maintained properly. The shower head had many of its pores blocked. The jet spray holder was broken. b) Inefficient staff- I had asked the reception to inform me if they could arrange for any transport to the airport since my flight was scheduled in the wee hours of the morning, and being in an unknown City, didn't want to bank only on Ola/Uber. While the staff assured me that they would get back and despite a reminder, never got back to me. c)Cost- It's a little costlier compared to other hotels in the area of the same stature.

Great ambiance with poor service quality had an worst experience with the waiter Mr Tension who was rude irritable and being misbehaving although hope it be corrected very soon ..Thank you

Visited the Majestic bar here with a friend. The ambience was nice and service good. We had Beef Ularthiyathu as one of the snacks which was awesome. I would say a little expensive for Kerala standards, but worth the money you pay. Nice place to gather with friends.

Visited the restaurant last Friday along with family. The quality of the food was not good. Got food poison for whole family members. Seems like they have given old food.

Room was near and clean. Complimentary breakfast was provided which can be improved. Lunch was good. Key card was not working properly. So had Little trouble. But overall experience was good.

Business class hotel with affordable rates compared to that in trivandrum town. It's 4km from trivandrum railway station and trivandrum KSRTC stand. Went for a business meeting and the hall was arranged well and all the facilities were extremely good. The only issue was the technical glitch due to poor wifi connectivity. Lunch provided was also very good and they had all the varieties like, rice,Kerala porotta,chapathi,Kappa, Chicken curry etc. Overall good 👍 experience.

Used their conference hall. Looks a bit outdated. They curtains and extra chairs and tables were kept in an unordered way. Lunch buffet was good. Located in a good place. Their team were very helpful and professional.

The hotel is situated close to both airport and railway station which makes it conveniently accessible. Location is decent with shops and restaurants around. Hotel rooms are also just fine but lack some amenities like kettle. Food is also average with mostly south Indian cuisine. During peak season , service is rather slow . The staff is friendly and gentle . Overall it's a decent place but can be better with better service and more basic amenities.

SPS Kingsway: A Symphony of Sordidness Calling this a hotel would be an insult to cardboard boxes. SPS Kingsway isn't just bad, it's an existential crisis disguised as a budget stay. Prepare for a journey where disappointment is the concierge and misery your roommate. Food: If prison slop had aspirations, it wouldn't reach the abysmal heights of SPS Kingsway's "cuisine." Breakfast was a lukewarm buffet of mystery and soggy sadness. Lunch was a culinary crime scene, and dinner was best described as a beige rebellion against taste buds. My advice? Pack your own food, unless you fancy acquiring superpowers through extreme indigestion. Service: The staff were as enthusiastic as a sloth on tranquilizers. There was total zero coordination between the staff itself.My experience was so bad that i came here to write a review about this hotel. I really wish they will shut down their hotel in order to not to spoil anybody’s travelling experience. We booked total seven rooms in advance and for which they also took the advance payment. But when we arrived at the hotel, we came to know that they alredy given those rooms to other people. I mean, seriously ?? This was the worst part of my trip. I really hope they will shut their hotel as soon as possible because they are lacking the damn staff.!!! Shame on you SPS kingsway!!

Hotel location is good,15 minutes to domestic airport. Smart lock not working, we did not get hot water in our room.They charge 37rs for 1lt of water which is very bad.

I had worst experience with this hotel, rooms were not much clean ;showers was not working..Room service was very bad, Behavior of the staff members was also not that much good, There was no parking facility also overall I had bad experience with SPS kingsway

Good hotel for stay. Railway station is nearly 3km I pay 80 rs for auto from hotel to railway station with meter please go always with metre it shows rate and don't fix the rate they take 150 or anything more than meter. Bus depot is infront of railway station. In our room tv is not working and after so many times tell them they can't start the tv. Shortage of drinking water after call to reception Mr nivel tell me call on 400 or 777 after call on those number they tell me call on 9 number or reception. Wifi is free. Bathroom is good and big in size room size and facility is also good. Key problem while we open the room key stuck or not easily come out. hot water mostly not comes. Lift is working properly. Two small single different bad comes so if you prefer one double bed than talk in advance.

Room rent is little bit higher than other hotels .It might be due to its location (Near to Airport and Technopark) Beer rate is also higher than other hotels in central Trivandrum. Parking is also an issue

Located just opposite to Ananthapuri hospital on the Highway. Needs maintenance. Had lunch and it was tasty and staff were decent.

Very nice staff at second floor Darbar restaurent. Today I had food and the two girls' smiling face can't forget. But toilet and everywhere should be cleaned which is not these people's responsibility.

The first thing I saw when i entered the room was cocroach .i called and booked the room 1 day ago. They could have switched on the AC at least a hour ago .Atleast they could avoid the bad smell. rooms are very old and bathroom condition was horrible. Only good thing is very neat to Airport.i will not suggest this to anyone especially family

Nice hotel besides NH near to airport. Great ambience and clean restaurant. People there were very polite and always ready to help. But I was very much disappointed with the food. Food was neither tastey nor properly cooked. Meat was really tough and I was struggling to chew it. Overall great experience with the facilities and customers service, but the food wasn't up to the mark.

I have never been to such a poorly maintaned hotel in my life. The parking space they provide is an open yard where there is a lot of dry grass and is a potential fire hazard. The security at the entrance is impolite.

A good hotel to stay out of city but walkable distance to International airport. rooms are moderately spacious with good ambience. As far as tariff i feel it was bit costly, but since it is near to airport it may be ok.
