It's just ok or on other words can be called as an average restaurant. Nothing great and no worse.Variety of dishes are available there. We have ordered Bahubali chicken, Kattappa chicken, chicken dosa, Marakkar Kizhi and Nidhi Parotta From there.. Actually Taste of above mentioned foods comes only in average category.kattappa chicken was comparatively more crispy..Fish pickle is the best thing we can buy from there.. So overall just an average experience 👊 Staff's behavior was the most ugliest thing their right now! Please Don't fall to the fake Social media promotions or Degradations😄..

Budget friendly hotel opposite to Lulu Mall Trivandrum . I recommend Kerala Meals ( Pothichoru ) with tasty Fish fry and Egg roast which cost only 100/- . They provide parcel service so there is no waiting for food . But you should wait to get a space for dine in

The place is famous for its innovative nidhiporotta and 4g. Thats a dish u should try atleast once.nidhiporotta consists of 5 porottas chicken fry, chapps and mirash along with egg and mayo all inside a clay chatti which we can keep. Its really worth the money.4g is its beef version.these items are only available from 4pm onwards. They also provide a wide variety of dishes like 6pack and 8pack chicken ,which is just a full chicken fry with 6pack like cutting in its breast, actually i really liked it though, it was crispy and good along with the mayo Chattichor here costs around 180 which included puzhuk, fish curry(i think its ayala),fish fry, omlete, kanava peera, beetroot thoran, onakka mulak, pulusheri, chammanthi, naranga achar.it was also really good. Bahubali chicken, kattappa chicken etc ( i haven't tried these) The downfactor is their dine in. Its really hot inside and the highway roadside location is not a good option if you are looking to dine in peacefully.foodwise i loved this place.its really affordable

Kerala Hotel. Opposite to Lulu Mall, Trivandrum, Aakkulam. Variety of Dishes. (KH Bahubali, Nidhi Porotta etc ) Affordable Price. Normal level of parking space, or you can park at road side. Tried their Nidhi Porotta last time (480Rs), that was an awesome experience. Loved the place. Love to visit many more time. Seperate space for dinning on right side of the hotel. ❣️❣️❣️

A good option for people who loves kerala food, specially for non vegetarians. Probably not a good option for vegetarians. Dining area seems very small and you can take it as just an option. The hotel resembles an old kerala ' nadan chaya kada'. The food is teasty and quantity is sufficient. Not so expensive.

I once had a bad experience here when I tried their Nidhi Porotta, which turned out to be one of the worst foods I've ever tasted. Despite that, I decided to give it another shot recently. I opted for their meals, primarily because it was raining heavily, and I was on my two-wheeler, so I thought I'd give it a try. To order, you needed to buy a meal parcel from the counter and then proceed to the dining area. The meal was packed inside a paper wrap, containing rice, omelette, pickle, carrot thoran, aviyal, pulisherri, fish curry, and to my surprise, it included two full mackerel (ayla) fish fries. The meal was priced at Rs. 115, but it turned out to be quite average. The carrots in the curries were undercooked, and they still had the skin on them. After the meal, I decided to have an orange juice, which was served in a broken glass. I wondered if they couldn't afford to replace the damaged glasses. On the positive side, the wash area was clean, and the service was mostly self-service. There was ample parking space available, and the location was easily accessible, right in front of Lulu Mall. In summary, my overall experience was just average.

Located opposite to Lulu mall, Trivandrum. Its situated in a place where we can have a stop over while driving through NH bypass. Food was decent and affordable according to the price that they are charging. Disappointing thing happened on seeing “packing charges” on the bill. (Picture attached) We ordered a dish named 4G, which basically was 5 parattas served with some beef dishes mixed all together in clay pot. It was covered with Aluminum foil and Banana leaf. I guess they charged us for that. How can you justify for charging packing amount for a dish that served in the restaurant, not take away. Its justifiable if they increase price of a dish. But not charging extra as packing charges.

I had Fried rice, chicken purattu from this place. The food was average in taste. I waited approximately 40 minutes for my order. Very limited choices if you are vegetarian. The ambience of the restaurant is good. Enough parking space available to accommodate four wheelers and two wheelers. Staff were friendly.

2 ഊണ് മേടിച്ചു.. full kazhikkaan polum pattiyilla.. വയർ full aayi poi.. It’s easily visible from the road as it’s located on the left side towards Kanyakumari direction, traveller’s from the Kanyakumari direction should take an underpass to reach here through a service road. It’s very close to lulu mall and you will have a spectacular view of the ongoing traffic, lulu and the occasional flight take offs all from the outdoor dining. There is ample car parking which can accommodate a lot of vehicles at a time. Overall it’s a decent restaurant, the staff and service is great and has decent food too.

I recently dined at Kerala Hotel and it was a delightful experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a special meal. The menu offered a diverse range of dishes, and the flavors were outstanding. The attentive and friendly staff added to the overall enjoyable dining experience. Recommended to all 👍 go and experience the variety of seafood dishes! # washroom was not clean # no proper direction in the hotel compound

My recent visit to this hotel was an absolute disaster. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an unhygienic atmosphere that left me feeling disgusted and appalled. The lack of cleanliness and overall poor dining experience made this the worst restaurant I have ever been to. First and foremost, the restaurant’s cleanliness was severely lacking. The floors were dirty and sticky, and the tables were covered in crumbs and stains. It was evident that the staff had not properly cleaned the dining area in quite some time. The unappealing sight immediately set a negative tone for the entire meal. The food itself was equally disappointing. The menu promised a variety of delectable dishes, but what arrived at our table was far from appetizing. The presentation was sloppy, and the taste was underwhelming. The dishes lacked flavor and were served lukewarm. The fish was not fresh .

Food was served in the same plate which was given to eat which even a normal restaurant wouldn't do.. so the presentation was damn boring when compared to the high prices.. ambience was good.. 8pack chicken was just normal whole fried chicken.. the pothu biriyani was good, tasted a bit like tamilnadu chicken rice with meat on it but it was good.. overall for me it was just a normal food experience

The food tasts was good. Authentic Kerala cuisine. Only self service available which is a nice concept. No cutlery provided which is again a great initiative as you will need to eat only in the banana leaf packing provided. The place is very close to LULU Hypermarket. Tried the Karimeen Fry, chicken biryani.. all tasted good . Recommended place.

We ordered vegetable noodles, coin porotta chicken noodles and dragon chicken. Vegetable noodles was too bad, I can't eat half of the portion, it's full of oily taste, and lots of bad oil used to make this. Chicken noodles also like that. Dragon chicken is average. Coin porotta is better.

I took their take away and had seafood mostly. Natholi fry, prawn fry , nidhi porotta and their chicken fry. Everything tasted nice. The location is great and there is outdoor sitting area. Cleanliness can be improved but otherwise it was great.

I heard about this restaurant in online platform. And they tell its amazing restaurant and delicious food ,dishes. I don't feel anything. Even customer service also average. They have so many veritys and in particular time. And me and my frdz tasted some dishes i feels its average. Nothing to impress. And they have lot of parking facilitys and lot of dinings to sit. We can't select what kind of seats we need they will and we need to sit there.!

Going by the rush on a Sunday afternoon we thought food in this place would be finger licking good. Though it was not amazing, it was not bad either. With ample parking space and considerably good ambience, it was worth a try. We had chatti chor and the quantity was good… quality could be a bit better. Whenever you visit, be prepared for a huge waiting time. Moreover, food is not brought to the table… it is to be collected from the counter and then go find a table to sit and eat.

Decent restaurant nothing mind blowing or amusing. The food tastes normal, basic or regular nothing special. Even though they have a wide varied food in the menu named after kgf, marakkar etc, I couldn’t try them all. The price is decent not too expensive or cheap, right in the middle. But the main issue is the waiting time required for getting our order. Once we went and ordered 16 porotta and 2 buffaloe and a chicken curry which took around 45 minutes to get to us, but we only got 12 porotta for what we ordered and had to wait an another 30 minutes for the rest. I don’t know why there’s such a lag in delivering food but I suspect it might be due to the scattered and unorganised seating layout and a central kitchen service which might find it too hard to cater all the needs at a time.

Average food with average service. Service staff will discourage you from placing the so called special items. Also the service seems dull. We can mark the food item as only an average.

Expected more but was disappointed. Food is just ok. Not very tasty. There is self service only. We ordered 8 nos numbers of chatti choru. Rice, Ayala, kannava, omlet, avil, toran, chamandi, pickle, kondattam, pullisheri, meen curry included in chatti choru. Rice was a very huge quantity. Rs 200 + tax was the price for one chatti choru. I suggest the quality of the food can be improved.

WORST FOOD EVER. CHAPATI WAS SO HARD. CHICKEN FRY WAS JUSTA BIG PIECE OF CHICKEN DIP AND FRY IN OIL. PATHIRI WAS NOT AT ALL GOOD. CHICKEN PIRAT WAS JUST A MIX OF WATER, CHICKEN AND SOME MASALAS. I WILL NEVER HAVE FOOD FROM KERALA HOTEL OPPOSITE LULU MALL TRIVANDRUM. NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Zero taste food.

Purame ninnu nokkunnavarkku nalla Assal High Class hotel, pakshe akathu nirasha!!! Sad but truth, 1)Poor management 2) Disappointing Self Service arrangement 3) Food Taste average 4) Bill Amount found low-at par with food &Services. * Next worst experience is seating and ambience-Not recommended during such scorching Sunny days. Its so hot and cannot enjoy food in such shacks. Limited seats provided on top of delivery counter where cool drinks stall is located. * Staffs are unprofessional and one staff for 10family_ understaffed hotel as owner is running behind things when i was there. For instance , Hand wash basin run out of water and customers waiting in Q for water. Height of unprofessionalism, that too on a weekend hightime. * We are not going back. NB: Excellent parking space and exotic location opposite to LULU, so KH will flourish as money matters and malayalis are ready for cheaper alternatives!!!

A definite hangout place with friends and family. They offer a variety of foods both traditional and Arabic. Situated opposite to the lulu mall on the highway side , this hotel became popular not just because of their marketing technique but because of the food they serve too. Ample carpark facility , it's best to have the evening tea or dinner here because of the ambiance it offers. AC space opens by 7pm , but the huts made are equally good.

I tried chatichor. The price is 199. They provide fish varieties with chatichor. Items included were kappa, fish fry, chammanthi, kanava thoran, thiyirumulaku, omelet, veg thoran, pickle, pulissery, and fish gravy without any fish. Average taste. I didn't feel it was worth the amount spent. I will not buy this item again. I have shared the pics so that you know the quantity of side dish. It's too less.. Lot of parking space is available. Not so crowded.

The place is easily accessible as it's opposite to Lulu Mall. There's ample parking space and also AC / Non-AC dining options. They focus primarily on Naadan type of food. Some dishes were actually good while the overall experience is average. At times, the waiting period is too high which is actually a sign of goodness however the food is just now worth the wait. Food prices are actually good and it worth the money. Gotta try more dishes because they have lots of options in the meat/fish category.

A Budget friendly restaurant with so many kerala cuisines. Their meals and fish items are good. Porotta and other items are ok. It's very crowded at the peak time beyond the capacity of their staff strength. In the menu there are lot dishes with fancy names like bahubali, kgf , KH.. but the staffs are in no position to explain what it is, it's the ineffeciency from the management. The food will take minimum 30 min to reach , when you are sitting at the top space the food is coming from bottom, the staffs are working at their 100% efficiency. The management need to find the solution for that. If your budget friendly and try buffallo , fish , chicken items it's good. Don't expect a good atmosphere but expect delay in service. When I ordered they even miss one dish to bring.

Poor service. . Average food with poor service. Service staff will discourage you from placing their special items. As per their marketing strategy look and feel of restaurant is good but average food quality and poor service will make us terribly disappointed. Price is average and so both quality and service remains average. Don't trust the youtubers who are doing paid promotion.
