Best Quality food. Menu is extensive and sensational to particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. The ambience is very welcoming and charming. Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation and wonderful dessert.

It was a very crowded place, but the food was good. Tried Appam, parotta, pepper chicken and Al Fahm. All tasted good. Even though it was a week day today (Thursday), the rush for dinner seemed like weekend.

Got tandoori combo which include one quarter tandoori and 3 parotta. Food was delicious. The food can serve one person. They also give salads with the food also. I enjoy the flavour and taste of the tandoori. I recommend you guys to visit Al-Hassan.

One person is there with a light color shirt with out waist coat. His behave towards the costumer is very rude. He don’t even know what is coutomer service

I have visiting this place for the past several years never had disappointment from there. If you are look for budget family restaurant with good food then its the right choice.

Poor food. We ordered a beef pepper and some porotta. Beef pepper was full of sauce, beef not well marinated with the curry. Seriously tasted yucky. Kerala porotta was very cold. Not recommended.

Full star for the beef chilly, which was very good and economical. Priced 105rs and its quantity was too heavy. Savored great and can satisfy 2 people lavishly. Shawarma rs 130 it tasted OK. Disappointing stuff was the appam they provided, the board which described the appam is hot, but unfortunately it wasn't. Go for hot non vegetarian stuffs, won't be disappointed. Budget friendly

Al Hassan being the famous name for budget friendly restaurant, we were a regular visitor there since their launch. We, friends moved to other restos and tried their dishes, meanwhile missed visiting al hassan. Few days back went to their manacaud restaurant, opposite to the UAE consulate. Tried my favorite if theirs, Dragon Chicken, Appam, Kizhi porotta and Green Apple Crusher. Kizhi porotta was packed with meat gravy and chicken fry and all of of dishes were great. Extremely satisfying dining, service was good as expected.

This restaurant is never gives good quality food while you are ordering parcel. I have experienced worst quality food while ordered through swiggy. Am little confused how can it possible such a bad food from 4.2 rating hotel. Tyen i asked one of my friend he also commented that, this restaurant provides good quality while eating at the restaurant, but for parcels they provides worst one.

Excellent takeaway restaurant! Have all sorts of veg and non veg options, Kerala, Chinese, North Indian, South Indian, Arabian, etc. Its a shame that they don't have a delivery service. Nevertheless it's an excellent restaurant with excellent service.

Had worst chicken fry and gravy multiple times( they charge 190 rs for a plate which is not acceptable considering the worthless taste,for 150 rs there are multiple hotels providing tasty chicken fry and gravy). I would give a over-all rating of 3 star but providing a sub standard dish inspite of having all resources is not acceptable. Chicken fry is too oily and tasteless. Chicken fry is one of a dish which is pretty easy to prepare and is available pretty common with very good taste. Requesting owner to look into it since for a lesser rate very good chicken fry is available in many other shopes around you(rahath, vizhizam chicken etc). Since you are a budget hotel, its a high time to understand the fact that there are multiple hotel around manacaud which can prove that the food you are serving are totally worth less and tasteless.

I ordered 3 items Afghani.. Taste was a bit blunt maybe that's what it taste like. Green chilli alfhaam.. Even though it was written green chilli but it was not spicy and I got very little taste of it. Last for pepper alfhaam after squeezing a lemon it was fabulous. Even though it was said budget family restaurant rate was kind of similar.

Al Hassan a family Restaurant, Food taste is good, But the only problem is, if we want to have all special items, We must reach restaurant by 7.00 PM for dinner, if we are reaching around 9.00PM for dinner, We will not get Al Faham etc....., We will get only parota, chicken fry and other chinese items like fried rice, Chilly chicken etc...

The food tastes good but the restaurant needs more seats to reduce the customer's waiting time. And my humble request is that the hotel staff should give us the idea about the food quantity of each item to help us from ordering excessively.

Very good food at a reasonable price. I bought 2 special shawarma & half shawayi. The taste of the both was very nice. I got the parcel with out any further delays.

No parking space, tasty food, good service, but the suspended smoke in the nearby areas and it's pungent smell of burning flesh stops anyone entering the place. The restaurant management should look into the matter.

It was my favorite spot but in the last visit with family had a very bad experience.After the dinnet all of us vomited and affected by food poison. Really disappointed and we lost around 3 days due to diahria and stomach ache.

As the name suggests ("Budget friendly") , it is not at all budget friendly! We ordered 2 plate shawarma and the kubbus tasted old and smelly too . When we talked about this issue, they replaced it with another kubbus and still the same smell existed. Moreover, 2 shawrma costed around 320rs! Which was absolutely not worth it! Wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone. There are 2 best shawrma shops nearby which offers best quality shawarma and affordable rates also. Istanbul & Burj Al Mandi

After seeing all these reviews gone there after a while ordered 2plate shawarma and 2 shakes Taste was not upto mark like before on both items and we got seats in front side near to kitchen ,smoke was coming directly to our seat hope they will do something for that

It's a good family restaurant with good varieties of Kerala , Chinese, Arabian and South Indian dishes. We two friends, foodies wanted to taste the authentic kerala beef curry with Malabari parotta and we were recommended this restaurant by a local friend and this restaurant didn't disappoint us. We also tried parotta shawarma (one of my favourites) and ordered a few appams and man the shawarma was really yummy although the beef pepper was bit spicy but we managed. The ambience and seating is perfect for a family and friends. The place is clean and tidy. The service is also good. Overall a good family restaurant for a good dinner. It's located in trivandrum vizhinjam road and it's around 1km from the main bus stand and around 2 kms from the Trivandrum Central railway station.
