One of the best biriyanis in Trivandrum for sure. As we ordered on Eid, the biriyanis were very expensive than usual. Both the mutton and chicken biriyanis were to die for. The biriyani masala was spicy and to the point. The rice was also cooked to perfection. The pieces were tender and had all the flavors. Along with the biryani came, a slightly sweet beetroot salad. They were packed well and brought fresh to us.

Undoubtedly the best biriyani in town!! The authentic Malabar biriyani. Whenever you go and eat they maintains the consistency in taste. Never had a bad experience in terms of taste from the restaurant. The mutton and beef biriyani are the best. You get tender and soft pieces which literally melts in your mouth Must try for all biriyani lovers!!

5 star for the taste and aroma of the dish. And 4 star for the parking space and then waiting lobby if you are going on the weekend. I went on a saturday after being disappointed with the dinining facilites and wait time from another popular outlet in the city. The staff was very supportive in helping us updating the wait time and constantly giving importance based on need basis. Coming to the food we ordered one chicken briyani, one fish briyani and chicken varuval(Dont miss it) their show's topper dish lemon tea which you shouldn't miss after the meal. Fish briyani had a vanchram fried piece and taste is simply awsome with the tradional kerala briyani in seerga samba rice. Chicken varuval cooked in obivouly coconut oil was simply outstanding the aroma and the taste. It was worth to have a briyani at this place. I have to be thankful to my friend a localite for suggesting this place to me. I must admit i had very less kerla style briyani's till now i would rate this place the best briyani's kerala style i had till date. A suggestion to the mangament would be briyani's are served much better with a gravy. According to me if there is something they can improve is adding a gravy to the list.

Yesterday visited here to take dinner for son in laws family.I am not taken food as I am a vegetarian and need's vegetable rice food which is not available here. Only vegetarian and non vegetarians biriyani is serving here. They are preparing food according to the traditional Thalassery recipe. The chief cook informed me they are preparing veg biriyani separately for their valuable vegetarians. Ajwa completed 10 year's of biriyani serving. Wish all the best for the veteran team.

Once they served one of the best biriyani in Trivandrum. Now the taste is just a shadow of it's former self. Don't get me wrong, the biriyani is still okay but nothing like it used to be. They have beef biriyani now. The chicken fry was still good. Finish off with the lemon tea which goes well with the biriyani.

The 4 stars are for their mutton and chicken biriyani, which is the one of the best that you can get in Trivandrum. Recently they introduced beef biriyani which is quite disappointing. For Rs230 you won't get boneless pieces which is sad. Also overuse of tomatoes are killing their biriyani. If you are looking for a yummy biriyani then Ajwa should be your first choice. Recommended: Chicken or mutton biriyani.

Very nice taste, love if you take once, very much different from other Briyani. Authentic Kerala Thalassery Briyani served very nicely and little bit costly than other restaurants in the city. gives five star's for taste and service. Another thing to mention is their pickle

Biriyani ! Biriyani ! Biriyani ! We had biriyani in the last week and while writing this review, I'm getting the taste. my mouth is filling with watery saliva.. We tried mutton biryani and chicken fry. All was good, including the pickle, salad and lemon tea. Mutton Biryani (single) costs ₹270 and chicken fry costs ₹120. One good biriyani options in Trivandrum (Malabar style) and it is worth the 5 stars.

The usual biriyani review. News about ajwa came from my uncle who visits the eatery on a regular basis whenever in the vicinity. One mutton one chicken biriyani ordered. Both the rice and masalas were spectacular. The mutton pieces just cooked to perfection, melt in your mouth situation. On the other hand the chicken biryani meat was overdone. This could have been because it was delivered. I've only stayed in the trivandrum area for a handful of days and have to say ajwa is at the top of my list for biriyani. Please order the mutton.

Ajwa Biriyani in Trivandrum city serves the absolute best Talassery biriyani. The flavors are incredibly authentic and leave your taste buds craving for more. The rice is perfectly cooked, and the meat is tender, making each bite a delightful experience. Portion sizes are generous, ensuring you leave satisfied. If you're a biriyani lover, don't miss out on Ajwa - it's the best in Trivandrum!

One of the most popular places that has been there for a while. They do the simple things well by serving a limited menu of biriyanis and a fried chicken as a starter. All their biriyanis- Fish, mutton, beef and chicken were delicious. The fried chicken was also crispy and juicy. Finishing the meal with their sulaimani is also a must.

They Are Cheating. They Say It is Thalassery Biriyani. Since i'm from malabar. Trust me the Biriyani Served Here Have No Connection With Thalassery Biriyani. They Are Just Giving Some Biriyani Rice And Some Boiled Chicken Pieces in it. And which cost almost 200 Per Biriyani. Which is un Reasonable and Horrible. Dear Malabar Persons- Don't Take this Restaurant..

One of the finest Tellicherry Biriyanis in Trivandrum. Their uncompromising attitude towards quality and service surely attract the foodies. Biriyani is the only dish available here. Their salad and pickle is special. I recommend their chicken biriyani and fry. Limited seats are available, so there is chance of congestion at peak hours. Moderate parking space is available in the building premises.(17.07.2023)

One of the worst Chicken biryani i ever ate in my life. Biryani is like oily rice and boiled chicken without masala.Boiled chicken is not cooked well. We need to ask them for masala. Chicken is too salty. No papadam, egg, Curd. ( High rate Rs.210 for Chicken biryani) Its not like a thalasseri biryani. Over hyped biryani in trivandrum. Once a customer eat the biryani will never come back. Not worth for the price we pay.

One of the Best, probably the most authentic biriyanis you could get, from Trivandrum, rather than the heavy powder masala flavor, you will get an absolute flavor of masalas from natural ingredients...Kudos to the whole mentors of this food spot. sMiles to Go..

I tried chicken biryani. The rice had good flavor, complemented by pickle and salad. However, the chicken pieces were not tender; they were chewy.

One of the best biriyani spot in trivandrum Its a must try place for thalassery biriyani. Specially the mutton and chicken biriyani.even the rice is very flavour full and delicious. The ambiance is calm and has a good vibe. Special area for order reception and collection, not too packed with crowds best to go with family and friends. Only issue is parking with limited parking for 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers are just 3/4 car parking area.
