Food was good..but order was taken very badly..very bad service ...I won't go there again..

We had ordered food from Swaad for dinner with family and friends thru Uber Eats. The food turned out terrible! To begin with the starters, they provided us with 4 paneer tikkas per order which is very less but gobi tikkas were more, surprising! Paneer one was slightly burned. Curries were watery with little paneer and veggies, spice was tolerable. Worst rating I would give is for the naan. Never buy naan from here even if you are ordering curries. Naan were rock hard to rubbery! Overall experience: not good at all. Wouldn't recommend

It was a real good place in their initial start up days but now gone really bad Food not hot Quality have deteriorated Ghee roast doesnt hv a flavour of ghee that to in a place where they charge so much Pls charge but maintain ur standards Staff attitude very bad Hope you will improvise to get back to ur standards

Worst quality vegetarian food. They are focusing on the marketing of the restaurant without ensuring the quality of food served. The attitude of the staff should also be improved when you make them notice a fault in serving. Not recommended.

The place has got a subtle ambience to it but you may not find that in the food served. One of the few fully vegetarian restaurant in town, you may expect more cleanliness and staff attitude from this place. The food however is not all that bad as there are elements in some dishes which is worth trying out. If you came into the city for an errand or havin visited the nearby temples and now is hungry, you can give this a try. Otherwise, there is nothing commendable about it for one to come search for it.

Worst customer service, staff has bad attitude. Save your money and go somewhere else. I won't recommend it even to my enemies.

We tried the'SWAD'for the first time today morning and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The staff were attentive and service was so good. . Overall a good meal and great value we will certainly be going back.

A simple and normal place to have south indian veg dishes. I had Masala Dosa,Onion uthappam,Puri at different occasions. All were pretty decent and very tasty. Price is also reasonable. Overall it is a very good vegetarian options in Padmanabham Temple area

The toilets are not maintained well. It is not being cleaned periodically. The management of Swaad Restaurant need to look into this matter and keep one person to oversee the cleaning. Since it is being used by many people who come to the restaurant one staff should be dedicated to the cleaning of the toilets.

Chilli paratha is a must have..

SWAD restaurant though I recommend earlier as good is now found as one of the hopeless veg restaurants in Trivandrum. If possible please don't go there. Food quality is not at all good. Plenty of inexperienced staff both ladies and gents can be seen simply wandering in the restaurant standing and watching in front of the customers who are having food without giving any privacy. I ordered through swiggy last day three onion rava dosa seing their offers but felt cheated when delivered. Everything from Dosa to Sambar, Chutneys etc smell and tastes very badly and I have to throw it away. This restaurant though a big one is not agood one for having food in a quality manner. Don't expect more. Their are many VEG restaurants nearby along the padmatheertham pond and on the srivaraham side.

Went to resturant food for unlimited kerala meal. Very poor service. Esp as we do not speak malayalam and dont know how the course proceed. They claim to serve 29 hot items and so service is poor. HA! most of the items can be served cold like pickle, pachadi and papad. Also, recommend they use one carrier which has four sections to serve pickles / pachadi etc. Right now, a number of servers are running around to serve individual items and wasting time and neglecting customers. Next time, will go to limited kerala thali - then service needed only once!

The restaurant offers good food menu including north indian food. People from North India can definitely go to this restaurant without any other thoughts regarding the quality of food offered.

Good ambience and good food moderate rate but limited parking

The food quality is too muchh loww that the special kerla dishes doesn’t taste muchh good.

Worst experience ever worst staff worst food nothing is good at all The food served was uncooked the chapatis were stall and the dahi was from 2-3 days back the parathas were reused and the vegetables contained weird substances This restaurant doesn't meet the safety standards required the staff is arrogant and this hotel and mainly the staff must be inspected as soon as possible

Worst service and very poor taste.

Worst hotel ever visited. Even though the hotel looked hygienic, food was not hot and were served very late. They were not ready to accept their mistake..
