Quality biriyani for affordable price.

Got a feather from the chicken biryani and when we called them, their response was very irresponsible. Not even an apology from their part. Food quality is extremely bad, so is their customer service

Had a quarter tandoori from here and as you can see, it was about half the size of my palm. There should be some kind of courtesy that should be done to your client. This was total rip off. Felt very disappointed, angry and frustrated seeing this portion size. They should better go rob than tricking the public into this. Never going there again.

The food was fresh and very tasty. People love to go here as it is good and affordable. The service was fast and good.The place could do even better if they would do some more beautification on the ground floor.

Bad experience. Today ordered a plate chicken shawarma but got vegetable shawarma, atleast chicken flavour should be there, disappointed. Last time got a hair from biriyani, but they were not even ready to apologize. Bad service and irresponsible people.

Budget friendly restaurant. Located opposite to QRS Plamoodu. Single chicken Biriyani costs 116 rupees. Taste was good with respect to budget. Service wasn’t much satisfactory.

Tried out the shawarma from here. It was just ok not so wow... !! Rate is affordable too.

I saw the shawarma chef mixing the chutney with his bare hands instead of spoon. The food was of low quality and the drinks ordered before food was served alongwith the bill. Nothing was served as per demanded. The staffs were only serving according to their convenience. Worst experience ever.

Ordered 10 parotta and 1 full chicken fry through zomato. They delivered 2 small piece chicken and porotta.. Very poor customer response from the hotel and irresponsible.. Pathetic.. I Never recomond this hotel to anyone

Good restaurant and neat service. They introduced many combo offers now. Economic and Tasty.. Update Aug-22 They are still maintaining the quality of their food and services without any compromise. Most of the items in the menu are available always.

Very disappointed. I won't recommend 👎 Staffs are not Waring masks. Shawaya was not perfectly cooked and no flavours, plate shawarma is very dry and the kubus are not even heated.

The hotel is good and the rates are affordable . Service wise is also good , but the dishes can be better in taste aswell as quantity is concerned .Overall fine hotel to dine .

Good and value for money dum biriyani

I have ordered sheswan veg noodles from this hotel by a food delivery app ,the food was extremely bad, as the spiciness of food was over than normal sheswan noodles, it was over spicy and but throat had burning sensation, later I consulted doctor, for the dizziness the over spicied food have given, later I ordered chilli Gobi and it was so bad a food with lot of sauce and colored things. Very bad experience

An extremely pocket friendly restaurant.

Ordered food from Al Hassan Plamood, for a family get together of 30 on 05.04.2023..The food was mouth watering, yummy and tasty. The delivery was prompt, neatly packed and labelled. Quantity of food was sumptuous. We ordered chicken fry, chicken fried rice, parotta, veg fried rice, butter chicken, chilli chicken, paneer kadai and gobi munchurian. Pricing was just nominal and the taste and service offered was priceless. Thank you Team Al Hassan..

Horrible Experience with Al Hassan Trivandrum Plamoodu My recent experience with Al Hassan Trivandrum Plamoodu was absolutely terrible. Not only did I discover a chicken feather in the food I ordered, but the restaurant's response to my complaint was shockingly unprofessional. The lack of accountability and customer service displayed by Al Hassan Trivandrum Plamoodu was truly disappointing. As a customer, I expected them to address the issue promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution. Instead, they shifted the responsibility to Swiggy, disregarding their own obligation to ensure the quality of the food they serve.

Food is very reasonable. Beef dragon and liver roast are really good. Porotta is not good.

Overall Above average. Quality average Quantity good Genuiness to dish above average Cleanliness poor Service average Seating and space below average. Fried rice was good. Side dish found to be over spiced. The biggest negative is poor cleanliness. Labeled as a family restaurant and its not tidy and maintained. When i visited at 2pm , the floor was not cleaned properly. Full if food waste and dust.

If you are looking for a budget friendly Arabian food treat , go for it. Almost all the items in the menu are reasonably priced and delicious too !!! Remarkably hygienic and friendly atmosphere. Staffs are very cooperative and an easily notable location too. Lesser number of seating is a big minus. Apart from that there's nothing much to complain about. In the ground floor , they are running the take away section, from which all the items in the menu are available packed within few minutes . Afghani tandoor chicken , chicken kurma , chicken stew , oratti and porotta are must try items. Go for it, the restaurant won't make you regret.

Decent place to have some variety of cuisines. Haven’t tried dine in though. Their Alfahm and porotta are must try. You can go with minimum guarantee for sure.

Ordered veg fried rice with Gobi Manchurian combo via swiggy. Tasty food at affordable rates. Loved the Gobi Manchurian. Sufficient quantity of veg fried rice was provided.Tandoori chicken is also tasty. Neat packing too.

Had ordered 4 al fahams and received only 1. So we had to call them a second time to correct the order and they did. Received no compensation for the time wasted and hassle. Also, the pieces were small. Sorry. Disappointed.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, Dine-in is not available. But, they allow you to use their dining area upstairs, but without any service. Those who want to use the dining area are supposed to collect food from below and dine in the area above. I repeat, it's self service only, for now.

Tried their kottu porotta, time taken was longer than expected, the quantity is very large one is enough for 2 person, quality wise not that good.

Yeah Good... Tasty.... Must try... Busy hours are a bit crowded to buy take outs.
