I was a regular customer of grill for more than 3 years, especially loved the shawarma and alfaham. Yesterday they served me old chicken which was smelling so bad especially at the end I've mentioned it to the waiter and the guy at the cash, they denied it without looking it, mistakes can happen taking responsibility is the first step to rectify it. I asked 3-4 times to come and check it but they were hesitant to take a look, very disappointing attitude from one of my favourite restaurant in Trivandrum. Never gonna visit again.

Price of Alfam is very much higher than the usual rate. ₹605 for alfam where nearby restaurants charge around ₹500. Peri peri was filled with raw paste in burnt alfam and over spicy. Mayonnaise was also tasteless. I think masala is pasted in alfam and then burnt. Here it is burnt first and pasted with masala later. I don't know whether this is the usual cooking by them. Anyway so much disappointed.

A descent restaurant with good quality food. Well maintained interiors. Food was good, especially the tandoori, It was juicy and chewy. The kadai chicken was thick and tasty. Service was pleasing. The soups were chunky and had enough quantity. The lime juice was bit feeble, but the passion fruit drink was awesome. Overall, a nice place to hangout with friends and family

Very bad 👎 because of name I hope and ordered grill and ask them ,is it fried in oil or without oil. They said without oil ,cooked in charcoal. But the dish barbecue was full oil and masala. Tastes bad. The price is also little high. Quality less

I am in love with the food they serve, biryani - awesome, Noodles - awesome, vanilla shake - awesome....had tried different dishes and every single dish was awesome.

Tried their beef shawarma and chicken shawarma. Taste wise it was totally different and really good compared to most if the shawarma spots in trivandrum. They are spicy and juicy with a good sauce. Shawarmas are small by size, definitely not sharable.

Less Quantity with more price. The price of the items are definitely on the higher side as compared to most of the famous restaurants in the city. Though the price is high, you would expect a quantity which is justifiable to the price, but somehow, it's not like that here. The quantity of food is exactly same to the quantity of the food if u order 1/2 plate of any of there menued items from other hotel. Also, the taste of the food was bizzare.

Tried their famous jallikattu mandi and boy it was hot🥵. Its actually an alfaham mandi which has a special masala. The masala is very spicy but i really liked the taste.rice and mayo were good and unlimited.price breast-245 leg-215 P.S. Ordering leg piece might be better

Ordered via zomato - Chicken shawarma. Yummy tasty & cost wise reasonable too. Did try out thr barbeque chicken ,was spicy & Al faham tasty both wr good

I just love the food here from Grill. They have the best beef shawarma in trivandrum. I am a huge fan of their pepper alfam & beef shawarma

They offer good food. Tried shawarma mandi from here good taste and good ambience. Feel little bit over priced personal opinion.

Very tasty food indeed, especially the chicken roll is awesome. Crispy beef is another tasty item. not too big, but the space is neat and clean. Very popular for grilled items.

Atmosphere is good, but I ate alfaham from here, since more than two days I am suffering from severe.allergy after eating there. Doctor said that it's because of the food they served.This is not the first time I am eating alfaham. Chicken was not cooked properly. Also they added more preservatives into it. Please avoid this restaurant if you need good health.

We are regulars here. I prefer take away. Thier shawarmas are some of the best. I also enjoy thier al faham. Parking is a little tricky coz it's on right by the busy vellayambalam- sashthamangalam stretch.

Tried peri peri alfam and green chilli alfam. Both were so tasty. The ambiance of the shop is also great.

We ordered tender coconut shake and the received one is full of tender coconut ice-cream not the natural tender coconut. We are expecting the natural one. Also price is not justifying.

Went with my friends today and let me tell you... These guys amazing. The food is reasonably priced and everything we had was super tasty. We tried the famous beef shavarma. Honestly it felt like beef fry rolled along with kubus bread with some mayonnaise and spices for taste. Then again, chicken shavarma is pretty much the same thing with chicken. But let me tell you, whatever it is, it's tasty as hell. Me and my friends sat there licking the covering paper. The service there was amazing. This one guy kept making sure we had everything nee needed and was so sweet. We left him a 50rs tip. Definitely coming over here again
