I abhor the cleanliness maintained at this restaurant. The food was ok tastewise, but the stinch near the restrooms, the dirty coffemugs, the stinky tablecloth will surely give you nightmare for a week. Did I forget to mention that their rates changes in between days? In short, that is one restaurant I will be never visiting again or recommending to anyone I love. 🤣🤣

Puttu & Kadala curry, Appam and all are available here for dinner. In most of the restaurants, these items are available only for breakfast. Puttu was adipoli and Appam was good but it was served cold. Tried their Manchurian Dosa and it was okayy. Some more masala needs to be added in the biriyani. Biriyani was served with salad. I recommend you guys to try their crispy poratta which was adipolii🤩

Food was really good though as always not my taste for the chutneys they serve . But overall i would still rate 9/10 for the food service and ambience.

Originally one of my favourite restaurants in Trivandrum, would've easily rated 5 star here untill two repeated issues. First one was a while back while dine-in for dinner. We had ordered lime juice and halfway through only we noticed that the glass had dirt at the bottom, it was never cleaned properly! I mentioned it in front desk and the person mumbled something in a lazy manner to the person responsible for juice counter, didn't even look up or apologize. Second instance is fresh from two hours ago. we had ordered lunch through Swiggy and got fried noodles with one metal string from the metal dishwasher they use at store! On top of that, Swiggy had the audacity to offer reimbursement of ₹46 as compensation instead of being more serious!

OK Food -- unclean coffee mugs -- Smelly washbasin -- Terrible experience at the counter -- Poor customer service -- Unclean restroom. Being a vegetarian is a real challenge at times since our options are extremely limited. We tried this restaurant last week and was not pleased by their food or their customer service. The amount on the bill was different from the that listed on the menu. I was curious and asked (very politely) to the elderly man at the counter if the additional price was tax. He yelled at me and mockingly mentioned " AC freeya kedaykkathu". I was taken aback and silently paid the bill without uttering a word. I may never return this restaurant and will not recommend this place to anybody who wants to be treated respectfully.

We ordered special thali meals for the 1st floor. They have AC available on the 1st floor. Prices are slightly higher but it's worth it. AC area is not crowded and most of the time you may find empty spaces available for your family. Service is prompt and fast on the AC section. In aC section thali meals cost 135₹ which is more than the average price of 80₹ at the Non AC ground floor. In AC section they give you veg soup before your meal and at the end you are served with cut fruits along with boli at the end, while you enjoy cool breeze of air conditioning.

Pathetic service and looting of money with out giving the ordered item. I had very bad experience today when I ordered a parcel. Pls open each item in front of them before leaving the restaurant. Purposefully they will remove any one of the item we paid and give it to us. Pls take care. My bill no 249.

A decent vegetarian hotel in Vazhuthacaud junction. Food is both quantitatively and qualitatively ok. The lunch here cost 100 per person. They serve both white rice and champa rice. The taste is good. The price for other food ranges from medium to high. For the food they serve, it is ok i guess. Enough seating available here. But there is lack of space for parking. You need to leave your vehicle on the road.

Good vegetarian restaurant. Chole-Batturae and ghee dosa were good and tasty. Poori was also good. Coffee not up to the mark, mediocre. Rate is also reasonable.

I ordered for 1 masala dosa and 1 plain dosa and paid 137 for the Take away. I opened it at home and found, there was no masala dosa, only plain dosa. This has happened before also with the chutney. It was a very good restaurant with great service before, all is lost now. Very upset with the behaviour of the staff now.

Not many options as the food is veg but is very tasty and the quantity is worth the price. The servers are very polite and you won't have trouble with your orders or the waiting time. Worth every rupee spent here quantity+ambience+time wise.

Had their ghee roast. It is expensive compared to other veg restaurants all other veg restaurants ive been to charges 50/- for a ghee roast but here it is 85/-. Which is too much. But it was tasty tbh. They also gave me a vada which i didn’t order for and charged extra 20 for it (i thought vada comes with the ghee roast considering the price). The vada is good for nothing. It was ice cold, probably from morning and they just adds it on night time customers without asking and charges for it to prevent loss. The filter coffee was not the best either.

Had to wait awhile for a free table. Ordered Ghee roast and coffee with vada. The Vada was very nice crispy yet soft inside and of the right size too ,with plenty of pepper corns in it.The Ghee Dosa was also good but couldn't taste or smell Ghee in it.

If I were to rate the taste or quantity of food, I would give it a 5 star without a second thought. Friendly staff. Almost no parking. Cleanliness could be improved.

The food taste good which is nice but quantity is less. Cleanliness is average compared to the price we pay. No parking which is a bit difficult situation since the hotel is near to the junction. Finally Price as of November, 2022 Masala dosha - ₹82 Ghee roast - ₹85 Both without vada.

One of the best vegetarian restaurant in trivandrum and i suggest it as an best option for looking for vegetarian restaurant. Mostly there is a rush in this restaurant because their food is good and tasty. I tried their poori and ghee roast. They serve north Indian foods... The only negative about this restaurant is that they have not much parking space for vehicles. If in case of two wheelers its ok but by considering four wheelers I think the current parking space is not enough..

Very nice authentic tamil restaurant. Fast service and super tasty dosas. Must try for all veg lovers, dosa lovers Chilly porotta lovers, buttoora lovers. Right middle on vellayambalam sasthamangalam road. It is a small one. You have to keep ur eye wide open to find it when u drive through. Parking is a problem. But can be managed on some part of the road

Pathetic customer service ! Dirty glasses. No tissue papers. And afterall overpriced for this worst service. They way cashier behaves is like they give free food for people. Irresponsible in all means. Will never step in again !!!

NEW REVIEW (25TH DECEMBER 2023): Worst Ghee Roast in the city! The size of the Ghee Roast has also decreased. The situation is same for chappathis and parottas...! The quality of the hotel has fallen considerably. OLD REVIEW (A YEAR AGO) : Chole-Battoora, Chappathi, Appam, Idli, and Ghee Roast were awesome! Coffee was mediocre. Value for money. Clean and sanitary premises.

Rate and all is ok ,(single piece idli , appam , idiyappam rate is kinda high) food is decent .. family restaurant ..

1) Even though I ordered a milk coffee , it only contained coffee powder and water. It was in dark black colour. It didnt had milk at all. 2) The washbasin was very dirty 3) In front of the hotel, there is a drainage problem which is there for last many days. 4) The glass in which serve is not cleaned at the bottom of the glass 5) The price is too high and the food quality is too low. 6) The cleanliness of the hotel is also not good It was a nice and tidy hotel before covid-19 and I am very sad to see the hotel in this condition.

One among the best vegetarian restaurant I know. Serves good, tasty and fresh food. Usually crowd during evening times. One of the best place to have breakfast, brunch and dinner. They have A/c as well non-A/c seats available. Parking space non availability during crowded evenings is the only disadvantage I felt.

The food they served seemed to be kind of different taste from usual veg hotels.The hotel have a good dining area,nice staffs and hygiene.But it's difficult to find a parking space there.Overall the food was good enough to recommend since I went there a couple of times and doesn't have a problem with the quality of food they serve and there service.Make sure to reach there on right time.

Today I bought 3 gheeroast and one Vada and one masaldosa.the quantity of sambaar and chutney is very small.its a very bad experience .i will not recommend any of my friends to go there

The food is ok but the attitude of the servers and the man in the cash counter is disappointing. The cashier threw the money while returning the balance which definitely did not made me feel good about the restaurant.

A very average vegetarian restaurant. We ordered for some idlis and dosas to find everything very ordinary. They have a separate AC separation on the first floor if you are very particular. Food is average and is like any other vegetarian restaurants in Trivandrum. Sadly not a single vegetarian place has suited my taste buds . I advice my fellow friends on google to try out( if you haven’t) ootupura when you are in kochi to find the difference. They are much much better.

A very good vegetarian restaurant located in the heart of Thiruvananthapuram city with variety of vegetarian food is available at affordable price. Food served is hot and tastey. Take away facility is also avilable.

Even though they have got an elaborate menu, actual options were pretty limited. They didn't have channa batura, porotta curry etc at 8.45pm.. Finally went with what they had, dosa, chapati and sambar Vada. Chapati was hard and difficult to eat. Sambar Vada was good and satisfying to eat.
