Very disappointing experience. Serving is intolerable. I ordered chicken Biryani today. What I got was a lump of foul smelling small chicken pieces with foul smelling rice and masala. They charged Rs 160/- for such a small quantity of Biryani. Don't waste your money there.

Never try their hyderabadi biryani.Its just like any other normal biriyani mixed with some gravy and charging 240+tax. Useless and tasteless.Just some flavour of masala.

Good Restaurant, good customer service and very Neat and clean. Hyderabadi Biriyani is best here.

The place offers the tastiest nawabi dishes Their Hongkong soup is their best dish Also the biriyanis and chicken/mutton dishes are excellent On a hot day their buttermilk is perfume on gold

A few hours before I had food from Shahi Durbar . I heard about this restaurant before also. I visit there with my family .AC staff really friendly with us. North Indian dishes were awesome as heard before.service also far better. Ambience is not modern but old ambience but maintained cleanly

Horrible experience. The waiter didn't care to answer when we questioned about frequent best sellers, bill arrived before we were done eating, fresh lime sodas were bland and didn't have ice, food served was cold and tasted bad. 2/10 recommend.

Tried their Butter Naan, Paneer butter masala and chicken roast. Quantity was good. Taste was average.

Really enjoyed the north indian food from this place. Most of the items on the menu were available and they were fresh. Good service by staff and they accept different payment methods too. Would like to try more from this place on my next visit.

Nothing Shahi about food. The worst lunch I ever had in my life. Chicken biriyani was tasteless and rice was not good. Panner curry was not authentic. Only good thing was Porotta, which was soft and served hot.

Visiting Shahi Durbar regularly since 2015 to have their Hong Kong soup. Friendly staff was the main attraction but now its all changed. Hong Kong soup is out of their menu. New staffs. The person in the cash doesn’t even smile. No credit/debit card accepted. Food is also now average. Once ordered Hyderabadi biriyani but received fried rice kind of stuff prepared in Kaima rice.

I had chicken thikka masala and butter naan. The food didn't meet my expectations and it was not worth the price paid. The chicken was not well cooked and the masala tasted raw.

I am giving 3 stars only because I am confused about whether the shawai chicken I ate was a bit rotten( by the looks of the meat) . I had a feeling like that but to be honest it was tasty ( didn't taste any bad) also didn't have any issues with my stomach. But when I peel the chicken piece it feels something different. ( Wasn't sure about it so I didn't complain to the staff)

They have good north indian dishes. One of the satisfying restaurant in Thampanoor area. Visited multiple times. Not sure about their consistency. Once I had a terrible experience.

Seriously it’s waste of money and time I ordered hyderabad biryani which they charged 260 but it’s fried rice even they didn’t use Biriyani rice it’s just mixed rice with very chilli powder

Food was good , I order parotta with chicken korma it's taste good, For Biriyani they called it haydrabadi but used small rice not know why ,That's why i personally not recommend it to others . Price is little high compared to others north indian restaurant.

The food and service is up to the mark. This is not a kind of modern day restaurant with a magical vibe. This is a regular, customary restaurant which is the current form of a premium one from the good old days. Worth visiting and having a meal!

A nice North-South Indian food restaurant in Thiruvananthapuram. Had a Kerala Meal with fish curry and Butter Naan with Paneer Tikka Masala, And it was so good. Really enjoyed the taste of the Paneer Tikka was super with Masala and favour. The Meal was extremely better than other restaurants meals. The buttermilk (പച്ചമോര്) was extremely super. The Customer Service was also good. They had a very small difficulty in Malayalam understanding, managed. Atmosphere also good, a North Indian restaurant vibe is received from here.

One of the worst hyderabad biryani I tasted here and chilli panner they gave old one. You can try nan, roti varieties.. but the full red colour biryani is looks like tomato rice. Don't try..

Shahi durbar is one of the very old restaurants in Trivandrum city. you will get a decent menu including soups. The main thing i feel is people who jus arrived to Trivandrum via train or bus can easily take this restaurant. it's neat clean and affordable also good food

A good ambient and a hygenic restaurant. Food they served here is much expensive when compared to other restaurant. A normal taste for foods.
