The place is dirty and there is flies all over the place because it is not cleaned properly . Ordered something from the menu and after 15 minutes the waiter comes and tells you that the item is not available. Very bad service. Prices are different from what is shown on the menu. Will not accept credit cards as they always say card machine is not working.

I ordered alfaham today. But the chicken was not cooked properly inside, it waw raw. Also the mayonnaise i got was stale. Totally a bad experience. Please maintain good quality.

Great Experience! The food is okay! Not that tasty, but not that bad either! The beef fry we ordered was okay. The noodles was good! The kerala porotta was not smashed well, so didnt get that essence of a porotta! The paneer masala was just okay, the masala was did not provide the north indian originality. The lime juice was good! The service is great, thumbs up for that! The restaurant is neat and clean! There is a lil bit of delay, but that the common delay at the lunch time in all the restaurants! The ambience is good too!

I'm not even joking or exaggerating if a human believes this restaurant is good then I'm sorry to say that the particular individual is living in an alternative reality or suffering with cerebral dysfunction.. On one of the occasions they put 3 pieces of raw chicken out of 4 (again not exaggerating) inside a gravy called butter chicken which is basically some kind of ready made masala curry.. while buying a parcel which took 45 minutes for one butter chicken many dine in customers were complaining about food delay and leaving, even online delivery boys of swiggy and Zomato was fed up standing there.. Their attitude is beyond imagination.. unbelievable how these types of restaurants are still functioning in this state. 🙏

First of all don't come to restaurant as per some social media influencer It's my first experience i reached the place by 1:50 and our food was served at 2:30 and the table we got was not clean we waited And the food and cleaner was arrived side by side. Staff was all gloomy and they were serving customer as it is was we are forcing them or what. We thought it was only with us but other customers also faced these problem. !!!So come at your on risk and be ready for wasting a vast amount of your time !!! Food.. What do you expect a restaurant which serves customer with such attitude.. It was just okay.

The flavors were rich, authentic, and a true reflection of the local cuisine. Whether it was the aromatic biryanis, flavorful curries, or mouthwatering every bite was a Delight to the senses. It's pretty rare to get a plastic container style packing within trivandrum. So tried their Beef Biriyani in Trivandrum style. Now this had a huge quantity, May be due to the container. With some papad and curd salad and no Pickle. Those who doesn't know Trivandrum style Biriyani, something served with Cooked rice placed on some curry. There is not much dum kept to prepare such style. And along side extra combo which was Watermelon Lime juice. Costed about 137(209 original price pre swiggy promo). surprisingly it tasted good.

Restaurant location and access is amazing however few negative feedbacks from our visit which you could improve. 1. Non friendly service approach 2. Very cold food consistency and unhygienic way of delivering food. 3. Flies all-around the restaurant. Clearances lying around the tables which is unattended. Please have a look. thank you

Tried Chicken Biriyani Full and Half. Was good.. Good Ambiance. Serving staff from other state. Good behavior from them also.

Good ambience, quality of good and beverage is fabulous. Serving speed is little less. We've getting button call facility from all tables. I'm more impressed on that facility

utter waste of money. cheating. I ordered one combo of veg fried rice and gobi manchurian for rupees 165/- through zomato. About the taste, fried rice is just ok not good. But the Curry was full of water with two pieces of gobi I got. They were never mentioned anywhere about the quantity or anything about it. Why this people cheating customers. utterly disappointed. Please do not order from here.

Ordered Beef chilli and didn’t find it worth. Not happy with the service of the restaurant. They are not customer focused. We wanted to order some more food but they didn’t bother to attend to our requests. Overall a bad experience at this restaurant.

I ordered food through swiggy app from this hotel. When I got the parcel, I found one of the major dish is missing. But the curry is available. I don't know how can I use this curry without that dish. To drik it . 😂. It shows how careless and irresponsible workers are working there in the hotel. They can't even ensure entire food items has included in the package. I already complained about this hotel on swiggy. As they got many complaints about them they might have remove this hotel from their partners list soon. Pros: Nothing Cons: Delay in food delivery Bad taste Irresponsible staffs. As being North indian i don't like their Sambhar so much. But for Dhosa and chutney i have to give 5 stars. Staff members are very kind. Also delicious desserts.

i absolutely loved the place , the food, the ambience. i have been there at Trivandrum for 5days and everyday i ordered from Garam masala, trust me they serve the best and fresh. staff too well behaved 😊.budget friendly too. Starting from Shawarma, then singapore chicken, special biriyani, egg noodles, mixed fried rice, hot garlic chicken, one word for them "best". this foodie from Kolkata really misses their best food. Another great initiative is that they don't use plastics at all. Keep rocking and everyone please try their mouth watering dishes. You won't regret it 💓

A restaurant which is open even at late hours. Though it was very late, staff were friendly and took our orders patiently. Service was prompt and food was tasty. Parking for four wheelers will be an issue at normal hours as it is situated near a busy road and there are multiple businesses on the same street.

No parking is a major drawback at this restaurant, which might inconvenience some visitors. On the positive side, they offer good food and a variety of appealing combos. Despite the slightly higher prices compared to nearby restaurants, the quality doesn't seem to match up. The location is fine, and if you have ample time to dine in (more than 1 hour), it could be an option. However, be prepared for very slow service. It's also worth noting that while Swiggy and Zomato offer numerous combos from this restaurant, the portion sizes for takeaway are disappointingly small, making it not recommended for takeout.

I can't believe how they have 3 or more branches in trivandrum by giving worse food. Tasted Hyderabadi biriyani rice was not cooked well chicken tastes average and Malabar biriyani served was worst with rice and chicken and both biriyani was not served hot even they made us wait for 25 mins to serve. Ordered chicken-65 nothing to say about it totally waste of money

My usual place. Certain foods like al fahm are good. The chicken is always tender and juicy. Can be a little more clean.

Easy to notice with big name board, dint saw the parking yet, good food, nice people to deal with and moderate price. But not all the seats you might find comfortable to sit due to proximity with restrooms. Ambience is nice, so mostly fully occupied during evenings, might have to wait 10-15. But food is still worth.

I'm new to trivandrum and I tried out the biriyani here, i have to say it's one of the pathetic ones. It is priced heavily and believe me it's not even worth half of the money. The staff and service were also poor. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Really bad experience.

We came around 11am nobody even bothered to come n take order we waited for atleast ten minutes they saw us but still wasn’t bothered enough .never coming here again .very bad hospitality

Decent place. But it's just like most of the Arabic food outlets strewn across the city. Nothing special.. It seems to be less costly for it's location.

In 2018, we went there and we're quite impressed with the service and food. With that in mind we went to Garam Masala yesterday and to be Frank food was not upto the mark and the service was pathetic.. Will not visit again or suggest to anyone for sure.

The food is not pricey when you take the quantity into consideration. But the taste is not my style. The non veg options are good and widely liked. I tried the American chopsey which sadly wasn't to my taste.

Taste is ok. Not great. Quality of the food is not known. Once I ordered an Alfaham and unfortunately it was not hot. Which is a big issue from the management side. Anyway eat wisely and try to avoid those food which are not hot and if you feel any problem contact Food Safety Department asap

Happened to be here multiple times and also have ordered food via apps too. First time dine in was with a bunch of friends and we tried their combos because it had diverse options. Overall everyone enjoyed the menu. The staff member who took order for the first visit was not that friendly but the second time another guy appeared was so outstanding.

The first question i ask them while entering was if they provided bhatoora... after saying Yes they gave me half fluffy and thick bhatooras. Green peas (muttur) curry was bitter and the peas were half cooked. Ordered a special and it was some white gravy with 4 thandoor chicken pieces added... Made it more unhealthy. Ordered 2 normal naan and one butter naan... Delivered 3butter naans. The person talking the order was so gloomy that I thought of running away right when he came in. As an advice to the hotel if your chef don't know to make certain things... just refuse it... Concentrate on things he cooks good. Please understand the comments above aren't exaggerated, they're honest reviews.

Great place for a quick Chai and chill. Snacks were warm and tasty.
