Excellent rooms. Please follow timing for breakfast or else need to satisfy with limited options.location is near to bus stop d 2km to central railway station. There are various type of hotels near hotel residency, this helps for low cost food availability. Auto always available. Central stadium also near to this hotel. Govt secretariat is also near. Liquor shop is only 300 metre. Excellent swimming pool d bar for refreshment.

Attending many meetings here and had many dinners in this hotel. 4 years back gave 5/5 rating for this hotel. But recent incident really made me upset Came for a meeting to Residency on 7th of January, 2023 . Used pool with family and then had dinner. Lost a bag and a metal bottle in the hotel, realized next day . Called the hotel many times. They told it's not there . 14 th I called and told to check CCTV. they told the security officer will check and call back . I called twice to ask, they told the security officer will call back after checking, but no one called . 18th I called again and to my surprise they casually told that they got the bag. Then why didn't they inform me? No answer. I went there they handed over the bag but bottle is still missing. All this episode is very unprofessional . The bag had only wet clothes after pool nothing expensive luckily. I got my family's dresses still wet after 12 days. No whereabouts of the bottle till now. It too may not be that expensive but how can they be so irresponsible? Pl explain. This mail i sent I believe on 19 th the hotel email. No reply till date (30th January) so posting publicly.

Absolutely appalling place. We visited the roof top for dinner. First up they didn't even clean the table before seating us. The chairs were old and broken. When the did bring the glasses, it wasn't even washed properly. The toilet was not at all clean and it's smaller than matchbox. You can hardly stand there. Finally felt sick of all the nonsense and left without eating.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. I have been a regular visitor since 2012. We have hosted multiple events there. During the floods our UN hub for post disaster needs assessment was functioning for over 3 months . The food and service are excellent. Wishing the team all the very best

Way too overpriced for the quality of food. Service was good but the food was just okay. Ordered Lassi, which was so sweet that we could not drink more than a couple of sips.

I have visited Residency Tower many times to attend seminars. Food is good with limited veg options. Staff is well behaved, though manpower can be scanty at times. Hotel is easily accessible. Low on space inside yet has a soothing ambience. Parking facilities are commendable.

The service and the roof top ambience was extra ordinary. But the restaurant which is special for its north indian dishes lack authentic taste. Their Mutton Rogan josh was really a disappointment. Right from meat to the gravy was utter failure. Kindly upgrade your standards

Went to orbit bar. Drinks were good and food was also okay. But the price is bit on the higher side and ther service is not at all good. The waiter attitude was as if he is giving it for free for me.

A good place to stay at the heart of Trivandrum for both personal and professional trips. Staffs are extremely helpful and do checkout their Punjabi Dhaba-Roof top restaurant especially for dinner for a scenic view of Trivandrum.

We hada chance to try the dinner buffet. It was a decent spread with lots of local flavours. The vegetarian dishes were limited. But an overall great spread.

A quality destination in the heart of the city for functions and buffet options at a reasonable cost (compared to other star hotels in the locality). Been there multiple times for several functions, latest of which was to try out the buffet lunch. The food was tasty with some not so common menu options. The space is a bit confined but sufficient to have a peaceful meal alone or in a moderate size group. Live Station options could be managed better. Service is not so flawless but does a decent job (have seen others sharing bitter experiences though).

This hotel was the venue for my IELTS speaking test. So i haven't booked a room or any other service to review in detail. Well maintained hotel with satisfactory customer service. The security person and the hotel employee who welcomed at the entrance were found very friendly and attentive. Test was conducted in 2 or 3 rooms in the 7th floor. While waiting outside in the corridor for my turn to enter the test, i could hear noises from other rooms which were occupied by other guests i hope. I think the rooms are not extremely soundproof. I never felt it as a disturbance of annoying but thought of sharing!.

I only had dinner at one of the Rooftop restaurants called Dhaba. Though I did have a look at their rooms which seemed good, spacious, and present with all the needed amenities. Maybe next time after my stay, i would be in a better position to give reviews on my stay experience. Food - it was tasty, good and fast service. Comfortable seats and you can also order food from their other restaurant which is downstairs. Location - only drawback that i think was the location where it was situated, it's in small lane. Though only at 10 to 15 mins walking distance from Railway Station. And somehow all the hotels are situated in those smaller lanes only.

Went to attend an exam here. Rooms are ok. Did not try any food from here. Staff behaviour needs improvement/training. After the event wanted to wait for another person to join, before I could leave. One staff asked me to wait outside the hotel instead of using the lobby. Did not expect this from an establishment in the "service" industry.

Residency Tower provides excellent service. The staff are courteous. They have a restaurant on the ground floor which offers buffet option. The food served is very tasty. The provided rooms are impeccable. They also offer a rooftop swimming pool. They also provide free Internet.

Beers and lunch. There was an awesome sumptuous spread of lunch buffet available. Since did not appetite just had pepper lamb and naan. Fish cake as starters. Lovely. Courteous staffs. Reasonably priced

Stayed here part of a professional commitment. Apart from location wise placed inside a tight spot rest all been good enough for the stay. Rooms are good enough with clean toiletries and even have workstation set up for your work from anywhere concept.

I just went there as a visitor, but me experience with hotel was very nice. The room was very nice and well. It's clean and tidy. There is prompt room service also. A restaurant and bar is there. Near to railway station and within city.

The place was very good and the service was also very satisfactory. But I had a very bad experience here with the parking lot. They have 4 or 5 security personnel but when I was parking no one cared to point me to the right direction and no one came to help me when my car got jammed in between there stupid cones . I don't understand the use of cons there in front . When there was a big event you should remove the cones from there and let everyone park there car in peace. My car got damaged there at that spot because of that stupid cones .

Residency Tower is having a decent sized conference room suitable for a small gathering. Food served is tasty. The hotel staff is friendly. At the heart of the city, it has easy access, and parking space with valet parking is available.

Great buffet with lots of choice in salads, two soups, and main course dishes. Excellent courteous service that is unobtrusive. If you want a beer that's possible too. Good spread of desserts but only some of them are very good, the others are passe. Their payasams are always great. Overall a very affordable experience at just Rs 700 for an individual.
