A no-frills hotel, with less hype and more substance. The rooms are very neat and clean. The hotel is walking distance from the Central railway line and the main bus stand. Also about 20 minutes walk from the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple. Several channels are available on TV and the AC worked just fine. Hot water is available 24 hours

Good palce to stay , neat and clean rooms . Quiet place and have helpful support from staffs . Nice place to stay in better price. But don't have near by shops.

They deny accomodation even after confined booking and on call confirmation before travel start. It happened with me, I was travelling with 2 years kid and 70 years old parent, I reached hotel at 11:30 pm with confirmed booking but they deny accomodation and in mid night I have to leave hotel for search for another hotel. That was one of worst day of my life.

Rooms are only average but worth for the price. Wifi is available and water also available, food we can order from swiggy or zomato. Also no power backup available, I had to face several power failures during my stay. Good for bachelors or group of friends only, not at all suitable for family or couple.

Really liked the place. It is neat, and spacious. I took a deluxe rooms which had independent bathroom. It is hardly 150m from Aristo Jn, so lot of good restaurants are also nearby.

Everything was well. It was my first time in India and honestly the room was cleaner than expected. They were very okay with my late check-in, and i even got a private bathroom, without asking and paying for it. Nothing to complain for me

I have stayed in over 10 budget accommodations in the past one month and this hotel was the best in this price range. When I saw the room I almost couldn’t believe the price that I had rented it for. The room is spacious and super clean with basic amenities which are usually not available in this price range. A special shout out to Mr. Vijay at the reception, he is exceptionally helpful and goes the extra mile to help you out. His customer handling skills are at par with that of 5 star properties so I hope Saphire residency knows what an irreplaceable staff they have. I stayed in the Non ac room outside the reception area and the heat was normal.

I've been stayed here for 1 day. The room is ok also service. But there is no proper car parking space and no wifi available in the room i needed to access wifi so I needed to sit in the reception.

It's a really good hotel, very clean. Near Trivandrum central station. And all the facilities like food and auto rickshaw are available in 100 to 200 m of the hotel.

Very quiet n peaceful hotel. Staffs are prompt n cooperative. only drawback is no power back up, though in my 2 days stay in the hotel, I faced 10 mnts power cut problem

Location is good at is walking distance from Thiruvananthapuram railway station. If you want only stay at affordable cost, then you can choose this hotel, otherwise i will not recommend this hotel.

Really loved it!!!. Just walkable distance from tvm central railway station and bus stand. Rooms exactly as shown in the photographs. Cleanliness was just awesome.. No dust or dirt. The staffs are friendly and well mannered.

Very clean and neat hotel. Courteous staff. Walking distance from TVM central/Thampanoor bus stand. Enjoyed my stay here. One little caution, if you are walking, you need to be able to climb a steep road. Felt like a mini trek. So, it's better to avail auto services if you travel with elders/kids.

Affordable and clean stay in the heart of Trivandrum next to the railway station. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back again. The rooms are clean and equipped with tables for working and clean attached bathrooms as well. I recommend the deluxe rooms as they are a bit more spacious.

Decent room. It took some time after reaching hotel to get the room even if I booked online. Near to railway station and Thampanoor bus stand. But you need to get a cab or auto as the hotel is in a small hilly area.

Just near the bus stand. We had one non AC room with no attached bathroom (separately and not common). But proper ventilation was not there and the top rooms are too much hot at night. We had problems for that. But they provided fridge also that is the best part.

No ventilation Hot I mean extremely hot even with the fan turned on it was just hot air blowing Room service is non existent with no intercom and no lifts, if you are on second floor they expect you to run down to them as beg for service got a torn white cloth in the name of a towel No drinking water was ever provided to my room The room stank and so did the beds again no surprise as there was 0 ventilation Do not go by their pictures because there is NO ATTACHED BATHROOM!!! They never mentioned this during the booking and only mentioned it after I arrived at around 11.30 in the night PATHETIC people even denied me a cancellation even after all the false advertising on their site.

I had a very pleasant stay in affordable price during my visit to trivandrum. It is located in city centre near to trivandrum bus stop and Trivandrum Central Railway station.
