    This hotel is not into hospitality. They are into towel business and man handling customers! I had this worst experience ever from this hotel today. While checking out, they were asking extra cash for towels which got dirty! When questioned this unethical and unprofessional practice, manager (idk his name) got so abusive and even tried to grab my phone! Seriously you guys have any idea about something called “laundry” and “hospitality”? That’s your job because customers are paying hefty amount for the hotel rooms! I’ve been staying in so many hotels across the country for so many years and I haven’t had to face such an experience from a premium hotel like this. I am truly devastated and will meet you in consumer court very soon.

    One of worst experience I had ever. I booked a double bed room for my family (2 adult and a baby) and paid the whole amount in advance. But when I arrived at the hotel, they asked for extra money. The receptionist at night were so rude when we asked about the extra cost. I had no other option than to make the extra payment since it was late night. They don't even know how to behave properly to a family accompanying ladies and kids. Not a suitable place for family.

    If you are planning to check in here, please make sure that you carry the identification proof of all the guests and need to line up all of them to get the pictures clicked. They say that its a part of the policy but they don't mention it when you book or reserve the rooms and make so much inconvenience to the guests. Rooms are quite decent and the responses to the room service calls are attended pretty fast. The most interesting place is the roof top restaurant which the front desk executive will suggest for dinner. If you are planning for a dinner at 8 PM please make sure that you be available in the roof top restaurant (Floor 7) at 6 PM and the soup you order will reach you by 7 PM and the main course will reach you by 8-8:30 PM. If you are patient enough to enjoy the food with long intervals you can choose this restaurant for dinner. There is only one staff in the roof top restaurant to attend 8-10 tables and the staff needs to take your order, Collect the order from the kitchen in the ground floor, serve that at your table and also do the bill payments as well. Very pathetic coordination between the kitchen and the roof top restaurant.

    Had a very bad experience. The rooms were stinking of cigarettes when we entered. When we asked to be changed to a different room, they did not heed our request, saying they had no extra rooms. But later when we asked for an extra room for our driver, they miraculously found a room. Even when we asked for a spare bed, it took them 30 mins and multiple requests from our side to bring it. Will never recommend it to anyone.

    1. Service is average. 2. Room was clean, decent size but bath area was very small. It might be hard for parents who need to give bath to their kids. 3. Complimentary breakfast was decent. 4. Reason for giving 2 stars is because of the horrible bed. It’s was spring mattress and was exactly like a trampoline. Couldn’t sleep at all and woke up with a bad body ache. We reached hotel after a tiring long drive and the stay made it even more worse.

    Good enough hotel if you are looking for quality accomodation near Medical College. We stayed in a suit room for 2 days, it was clean and spacious and stay was comfortable. Parking space is limited at hotel, but we did not face problems luckily. Staff is courteous but they are not trained to give a star hotel level service. Cleaning would be done only when specifically requested. Kettle was not working in the room and they replaced it upon demand.

    One of the worst servicing and weekend experience . 4-5 star hotel rates and everything else aint up to the mark . Have to wait a long time for each and everything, no access to music and even the ambience is not worth the money. Management should hire more employees and make the service quick and allocate each bars with their own inventory. Not sure if I will ever even think to visit again

    Below average food... Small rooms.. Centralised AC and we cannot adjust it properly.. In some rooms the fan is not there.. The facility provided and rate is not matching.. It's just like an ordinary room..We stayed there just because we had paid fully and it was non refundable...if you get the deluxe room for max 2000 you can take...They will give only one bottle of water per day and for extra water they will charge.. We had to fight for one extra bottle as we were two in room..

    Cost online was 2500+ taxes. Front office took the opportunity to rip us off as we had no pre booking done we had to pay additional cost just to stay for couple of hours. Room was clean and bathroom was good.

    Very poor experience. Paid in advance for room and taxi for my parents and had to keep calling them to confirm taxi time - requiring to repeat each time to a new person attending the phone the complete history. The driver who picked them from the station was very rude, A/C was not turned on and he also didn't know the hotel! The hotel room was poorly lit with no lighting in the pantry area. The food was very poor - no meals, biryani was flavourless mix of rice and boiled tasteless meat. Parents had been given confirmation breakfast would be available at 7:00am by people at reception and resturant on 13th Sep and next day, on 14th Sept the new people at reception and resturant said they had not been informed and breakfast wasn't ready. Also the taxi that was supposed to come by 7:30am was also late causing my parents quite a bit of worry and panic. Room service alone was good.

    I had stayed here for a day on a business meet. I did not have a good experience. 1.Hot water was not as so hot and they say it is solar and due to climate conditions it was a lite warm water. 2.Complementary breakfast was not so good as we expected & Dine-in area was not clean. 3.At night we had ordered Panner Pakoda but it has more oil and unable to eat, water bottle was chargeable for two persons as only one bottle to one room is given. 4.Not looks like 4 star hotel as they say it but can be as a executive business class hotel. 5.Food services has to be improved a lot. Overall feedback is to improve on food quality and service parameters , rest all is average to go ahead.

    I waited almost one hour to get my lunch(chicken biriyani). The taste of the food was average and not cooked properly. The staff said they will provide the food in 20 minutes max. But they served in one hour. Not at all recommended for dine in.

    First of all this is not a four star hotel as has been mentioned in the name as it does not have any all the facilities and services upto the mark. Pros 1. Slightly closer to airport Cons 1. Had to change my room twice, was earlier allotted room no 605 wherein the flush wasn’t working. The guy tried to sort it out but had to change the room eventually 2. Was then allotted room no 602 where the AC wasn’t working. All the water of the ac was draining out which spoiled out cloths and bags. Had call the maintenance guy twice or thrice to get the ac issue sorted eventually had to adjust with a table fan. 3. Solar installed does not generate hot water as required. We had aight seeing early in the morning hence we had to take bath with lesser than warmer water 4. TVs always had a issue in connectivity, the channel use to be there for 5 mins and then went off by making a sound

    Great room. Great service. Polite staff. Room service and house keeping always available at your disposal. Wasn't extremely happy with the breakfast (could have added more options), but no major complaints. Overall, great value for money.

    Had terrible experience with the service they've provided. The rooms are good and well equipped. But the service at the hotel (especially dining area) was worst. They don't even care about to serve water even after asking so many times. Not recommended.

    Prime location, rooms are okay and service is good. Food orders will be stopped by 10:30-10:45 PM and after that no considerations at all. Have around 7-8 car parking slots available which is common for Bar, restaurant and stay. Comparatively food quantity is very less and costly too.

    Great place. Relatively cheaper when compared. Good facilities , excellent staff. Good free breakfast as complimentary too. Had a wide range of dishes which included both continental and Indian.

    Third class service and meaning less answer from the reception They said that no fan in every deluxe room But in real they didn't maintain all rooms I see that fan is available in all deluxe room but not only in my room

    Breakfast is good but rooms are not that spacious. Cleanliness is ok, switch off AC at reception area some times which I did not like. Claiming 4 star doesn’t suit to the facility

    One of the worst hotel which I have been to. I checked in on 6march, 2023 first of all no welcome from the reception people, in room when I asked for cold water bottle I got blunt reply that everything here is chargeable and for one room only one bottle is supplied that too normal, no cold water without charge. When we asked same thing with the receptionist he also gave a rude reply that yes you have to pay for each services which we are giving and for this I will talked to my manager. By mistake my kid broke the glass provided in the room, out of courtesy we informed the receptionist about it again we got a rude reply that you will have to pay the charges will you be paying now or at the time of check out. In dinner time we were served with stale paneer butter masala that too for Rs 310/-. Breakfast was just ok. Service is just too poor, fridge provided in the room is not working at all. Now we are staying unwillingly for the second day also just because payment was done from Best holidays(our agent for tour) but after room cleaning we are provide with one glass in the room. Unprofessional attitude. I request and warn everyone not to visit this pathetic hotel or you will face the consequences. They are having staffs which always talk money in everything.

    The general view of this hotel was unreliable/bad/very bad They call it a four-star hotel, but their service and staff behaviour do not justify even one star. This four-star hotel drama, I believe, is only for the purpose of obtaining a liquor licence. You have to call multiple times to check on the status of your order. We had requested to remove extra bed from our room 1 day that extra person wasn't staying in the hote. But still they charged us for their mistake. Here they will start blaming everything on manage The only think I liked about this hotel was the view from my hotel window. Rest everything was bad.

    A decent hotel stay. After a long drive, nobody was waiting for us when we arrived. There is a parking issue there. The rooms are fine, and the bed has a spring mattress. Good breakfast. There were a lot of things. Parking was scarce when we returned from shopping after dark, so I parked the car alongside the main road. The security officers were powerless. When I requested a one-hour check-out extension, their response was a little impolite. however, they offered the extension.

    Rooms are good. Clean and well maintained. Bathroom is very small. Food service is good. I have a baby so, on specific requirements they will prepare and send the food. Breakfast had many options but very less staff.

    This hotel doesn't look like a 4 star hotel.The services they provide is not up to the mark.Food was okayish but could have added more items in the breakfast as this is a 4 star hotel. Washroom was not clean.Bath Towels were not clean .Please provide fresh towels for the people.The staffs weren't friendly at all.Overall i give 2 out of five.

    The overall stay is not pleasing. The staff are tough angry face and never try to help . One guy I asked something and he left night 10 pm without even giving what he promised. If you need to improve the customer satisfaction is important. It’s not a good place to stay

    Rooms are good and well maintained, and the service staff is really well mannered and polite, they even provided a free room upgrade. The food was surprisingly good, breakfast buffet was just ok. The only real negative is that they don't have a closed parking area, u have to park ur car outside

    Allright for a quick stopover of a day or two max, rooms are kind of tiny but well kempt and clean, would've liked it if there was greater control on the aircon system and or a ceiling fan to keep the air circulating. The key card switches by the door are kind of iffy but the staff were super helpful in addressing the issues. Resteraunt was a major pass as it didn't suit our tastes, and the bars, executive and local were a no go because of the external access route from the hotel and the crowd was questionable, cannot comment on F&B as we didn't try it.

    Lowest quality of noodles as food, very cheap services. They didn't even refund such a bad food served and collected full amount. No use for the 4 stars . More of a local hotel not a 4 star in any way. I wouldn't recommend it and would also share the experience to friends so that they also shouldn't go there I would highly recommend Google to revoke the update by no allowing biverah to be suggested in future. Expensive also not worth the money at all
